Had a really good experience yesterday when I bought my car. No high pressure salesman they were all very helpful and I actually didn’t mind the experience at all usually you have to play games back-and-forth when buying a car they did not present themselves like that at all. Award winners in my book pricing was fair and they listened to me as a customer. My salesman Luke was knowledgeable about the vehicle and pointed out many features and was easy to have a conversation with. From test drive to completing the paperwork everything went very well. Keep up the good work

This was my first visit to this location. Scheduling for an appointment was easy and a reminder SMS message was great to receive. Upon arriving for my appointment I was greeted warmly and I explained it was my first time visiting this location. I also mentioned that a warning message was shown on my drive this morning. I was informed that there would be a $199 charge to diagnose the problem. There didn't seem to be much guidance that I should consider waiting to see if the message reappears before spending this much money to diagnose, as it is very likely that the message would not reappear and it was a one-time issue. I was provided an estimated completion time for the scheduled repairs and the service was finished right on time (or actually even a bit ahead of schedule). Here is where things could have been much better. I am informed that during an inspection of my vehicle my front tires were showing 1-2mm of tread remaining and the rear was at 2.5mm. I was asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment to put new tires on the vehicle. I had inspected the tires that morning with my service agent and I knew the tires weren't approaching bald (0mm) condition so I didn't believe the 1-2mm reading. And if my tires were at 1-2mm, I should have received guidance that driving with tires in such poor condition would be potentially unsafe. I stopped by America's tire center this afternoon and they used a laser powered measuring device. The lowest reading they could see was 5mm on both front and back tires, which seemed to be in line with my own visual inspection. A dealer that reports to sell performance vehicles should be able to accurately measure a tire and guide an owner appropriately to change a tire when it is needed. My own service agent should have known these tires weren't in 1-2mm condition as I saw him visually inspect these tires with me when I arrived. If a technician reports 1-2mm, I expect an amount of reasonableness to be applied to any recommendations.

The Sales Team, Luke, Vince and Darrel, are Champs in my opinion. Even though I had mistakenly assumed to location of the dealership, and had opted out of making the purchase, these Gentlemen assured me the transaction would be seamless and that the distance would not be a factor. I have to admit, the transaction was as seamless, and easy as possible. Luke was transparent about the issues with the vehicle and its history. Vince and Darrel took care of the leg work to ensure that financing was a breeze. I'm not accustomed to car buying with this much ease and being without frustration. These gentlemen really want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. Happy customers are repeat customers. If you are in the market for New or late model BMW, give the team at BMW SLO the opportunity to make your day a "Happy Day!"

I've been an owner for a few years and they have finally found an excels manager who manages the car washing area, who does a wonderful job in details, quality assurance, and follow through. Having a white vehicle, blue my mind hire my car could be serviced from a half hour to an hour, and come back with grease marks, dirt trails and obvious missed spots. I'm now quite relieved, knowing my vehicle is handled with such great care, in detail, kind walk about and fantastic service. Grateful,

My car needed regular service and I was passing by so I stopped in without an appointment. I didn’t expect the car to be seen that same day and was I pleasantly surprised. I was greeted with great understanding, supportive attitudes and the team took care of it right then. An hour later I was out with my service complete and a very clean car. Five Stars!

Sales staff Mitch and Jose made the several hour trip to San Luis well worth the drive. Entire staff was very hospitable, welcoming, friendly, and professional. The day we were there, the dealership was hosting its weekly lunch for those in the community. There was a delicious meal being prepared on-site and live music for all to enjoy. We had never seen anything like that before and it made us even more sure we chose the right dealership. We felt we were treated fairly and got a great deal on the exact car I wanted. We couldn’t be any happier with our car buying experience.

I bought a 2014 328i BMW GT from Chris Reid (who I was told has since quit his position and moved to Florida) in July. The car broke down on me after 2000 miles; 2 months later! It has been sitting in the Denver dealership since September and I have had ZERO communication from the Denver BMW dealership. I purchased insurance and coverage on this car yet I am told I have no coverage and was offered $500 off a $8000 repair bill (on a $16000 car). I have tried to be patient with the sales staff with everything going on in the world today; but I am now being forced to take my own legal actions. CAMERON LOVE, CHRIS REID, and Kirk Tumbaga all lied to my face that this car would not have any problems. They assured me if it DID have problems they would fix them. Look I may have just been some gullible kid who got ripped off; but even if you have the money to fix up these beautiful cars every week; ask yourself if its worth it? If you were in my position dealing with poor customer service, lying sales agents, and crooked financial managers, would you give them your business? I just wanted to express my story for anyone interested. Maybe it will convince you to buy your car elsewhere; as I should have done. This dealership is just out for your money and has nothing but lies and empty promises. Buyer beware. Update: Still no call from Vince after he left this claim to call me 2 weeks ago.
