I asked for dipping sauces and didn't get them. Twice I went here and Twice never got the dipping sauce. Other than that the food here is great and would recommend going here, just take the time to make sure your order is complete before leaving.

Love the breadsticks but please pull them out sooner. They’re overcooked EVERY. TIME. To where there’s basically no cheese on them. And fill up the sauce containers, please.

Ordered a pizza and wings from this location. The pizza was delivered and was great besides being cold. I did not receive any of the wings I ordered and ironically had my Bleu cheese in the pizza box. When asked about the wings, the driver looked at my receipt and realized he didn't have them and stated "oh i just take the box they give me, I didn't realize there was wings I'll have to go back and get them". Two hours later I hadn't heard anything from pizza hut or received my wings I paid for. I call at 940 (close at 10) and stay on hold for 10-15 minutes without anyone ever picking up the phone. I'll definitely not order from this location again and have already filed a complaint with corporate so they know how this franchise conducts business.

Ordered online, large thin crust, garlic Parm sauce, pepperoni, onion, mushroom, got hand tossed, marinara sauce. Also ordered large thin crust, marinara sauce, meatballs, onion, Roma tomatoes and got hand tossed, garlic Parm sauce, no Roma tomatoes, after waiting an extra half hour at the drive through. Disappointed. That was our last visit and their last chance after continuous problems.

They fired a hard working employee because he was accused of saying something to the customer, and they fired him over it. They let a hard working worker go but the way i see it is that's their loss. If i could give a negative amount of stars about this place i would, not even to mention they would train female employees before they would him even though he had been there longer than the females were, very disappointed with this restaurant.

If my daughter didn't want her beef pizza from Pizza Hut I wouldn't ever order from them. Pizzas was obviously dropped and on one side of the box. The Cheese bread sticks weren't cut. the pizza took over an hour to get delivered, and just to ensure my complete disappointment everything was burnt and Luke warm at best.

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite place to order pizza here in town, but now every time I order there’s an issue. We ordered tonight & our pizza was estimated to be delivered within 30 minutes, after waiting OVER AN HOUR & being patient (we understand places get busy), we made a call to the store to which we were told that they canceled our order due to “technical issues” & closed the store down early. Would’ve been nice to receive a phone call or text, maybe even a notification in the app, but no. The time before that, our pizza was burnt & cold. The time before that, I ordered boneless Buffalo wings & literally got plain pieces of chicken that looked like popcorn chicken, no sauce or anything. Not only me, but also other family members who have been loyal customers for years, have been having an issue every time they order recently. Tonight was my last straw I believe, I will not be ordering from this location from here on out.

If I could give it a negative, I would. Worse pizza I have ever had. They were burnt or over cooked and dried out. And my double order of breadsticks looked and tasted like biscuits with the seasoning sprinkled on top before we got it, so it was all falling off. My kids said the gas station pizza was better then that. My dogs got an expensive dinner tonight

This has to be the sorriest looking pizza I've ever gotten from here. And does it cost extra to have the breadsticks cut into sticks instead of receiving a loaf? Won't be returning to this location
