It would have been nice to know that when you get a credit for a bad experience that the credit must be used IN FULL the one time you use it because if you don’t- you lose the remaining credit. I had a $50 credit and used $29 of it and was told at pickup I could no longer use the remaining $21. Come on now.

This is a takeout only business. Nothing like the restaurant of the past. Order was completed quickly. We sure do miss the two Pizza Huts we once had.

For delivery pizza, Pizza Hut in Elizabethtown, KY is MUCH better than the local Papa Johns and the local Dominos.

Always goes above and beyond for their customers! Friendly workers along with good, fast and fresh pizzas! We get carry out from this location about once a week and have never been disappointed! I do, however, I wish I could substitute cheese sticks for breadsticks in the dinner box- obviously paying the difference! But overall: service is always good, food is always fresh and my kiddos bellies are always full 🙂 Thanks for going the extra mile, no matter how short staffed you guys are! It does not go unseen or unappreciated 💙

Out of all the national chains, I still say Pizza Hut is the best. The crust here is amazing in the toppings are fantastic.

My pizza 🍕 was delivered VERY quickly. The delivery guy was super nice. It was delicious. My wings were cooked just the way I like them, crunchy, not gooey.

I ordered my pizza online for delivery. After 1 1/2 hours I called to see where it was. I was told that they had it as a pickup. I spoke with Chris, who told me they would have a fresh pizza ready in 15-20 minutes. I told him I would be there. I picked the pizza up and was told that it was a fresh pizza. I got home with it and it was the old dried up pizza that was sitting for an hour and a half. I called Chris back and told him that. No excuse was given for the pizza given to me. I will not be ordering another from this store. I was very disappointed.

Paid extra for extra onions they said they have a cup ya go by for the extra onions because of shortage of delivery u would think it would b a lil more since it was only on 1/2 of a pizza the meat is horrible i will never order here again they say thay have had many many murderous complaints daily this is ridiculous
