I couldn't love this location more. The staff is so friendly, drinks are great, and the atmosphere is my favorite. Kenzie is an incredible manager who equips her team to work efficiently while still having a good time.

This store is so inefficient. I ordered a hot drip coffee in the store. Instead the person who rang me up to literally turn around and fill the cup with coffee, I had to wait for the baristas who were busy making espresso drinks to get my coffee. Ridiculous. Also, the design of the store makes for a very loud environment and the baristas singing loudly over the music didn’t help. Not a pleasant experience and I will not be back to this location.

Good heavens.. We just spent 1 hour in the drive through.. Nope, not kidding.. I wanted to see how long it would take. When we finally got to the window they ran out of the muffins we ordered.. So I got our drinks and drove off, they forgot the straws.. 😕 I go back in the store and see 4 people working the counter and one walking out after her shift. No urgency or thought they might be behind .. Staff up or close this place for crying out loud.

Walking in to Starbucks I am also great with hello and great smiles. Workers also know what is my favorite drinks when I come in. They even make me try new drinks gotta love them😍

If a customer orders a hot drink with whipped cream and drizzle on top if you all are crowded and can’t get it out the window in a timely manner then you shouldn’t put the whipped cream and caramel on it until it’s ready to hand out the window so it doesn’t sink into the drink before the customer can enjoy the topping. I stopped myself from writing the review a few times but it happens far too often and for almost $7 for a cup of coffee I should receive it correctly.

They need to have someone helping the person on the drive threw orders. 3 cars were in front of us, and it took 30 minutes for us to get our strawberry frappuccino, and medium coffee. When we got to the window he told us he would be right back and he had to make. Any other business would of had them ready by the time we got to the window.

Walked in to get a coffee because the drive through was extremely backed up. The store prioritized drive through orders, resulting in waiting 11 minutes for my coffee. The store was dirty and the trash can were over flowing. However, staff was friendly and professional.

Waited in the drive thru for almost a half an hour for them to mess up one of the two drinks not once but twice. I honestly don't know why I even went back because every time my friends and I have gone there we have waited so long. I'll make extra drive to the other one next time for sure because wait times at this one just is not worth the hassle.

This Starbucks opens and closes when they feel like it. Nevermind their store hours say they open at 5:30 am. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no answer...whole people were clearly inside. I pulled around to the window. 2 different employees saw me...I was ignored. By that point I was already late for work....left without coffee at 6:10 am. I hope the store manager is aware that when you are in a small town with a hospital down the street....this can be a huge deal and make a terrible difference in someone's day.

We ordered and paid for 2 Frappuccinos. We received 2 watered-down milks with a splash of hazelnut. I'm not sure what is going on at this Starbucks location and I'm not sure why your drive thru attendant has to chew down the GIANT bite of food in their mouth before asking you we needed straws. Be a little more professional and maybe your drive thru wouldn't take 27 minutes to serve 5 cars....And of course we need straws!
