(Update Feb 2022.. The gentlemen here are hands down..some of the best automobile mechanics in the community.They are very honest and I am very satisfied with their work on my car..) I took my vehicle in for a oil change,filter and few touch ups including a tire rotation. The service manager seems to be honest and very direct with your automotive complaints about any impending auto repairs. It also helps LADIES that you do every bit of research about your car so you and the mechanic are on the same page. I do recommend them and I will return just make certain that you stress to them what you require to keep your car operating in good condition..

Local mechanics, kind, prompt, provide reliable service and good advice. I've had my Prius C oil change and maintenance done here for the past three years. Mechanics even helped me fox an issue that would have otherwise been very expensive to fox from the dealer.

Yes, the prices are higher than most of the local gas stations, I guess it’s to be expected as they are far from the freeway and have no close competition. But guys please clarify your hours of operation, everywhere it’s posted differently and when you call they give you the wrong information anyway. Google says It opens at 5:30 in the morning every day, one time I called and they said it opens at 6:30 and then last night I called and they said it open Sundays at 6am.

I Took my Benz for smog check and for an Oil change. Told gentleman that I would need a ride home if I need to leave my car and for a pick up. He told me that he would take care of the discount's that I saw on-line. Waited for his call 5 p.m. Never got a call so when I called I was told service is closed. Had to walk to get my car, no discounts applied, charged me for 4 extra quart's of Oil. Didn't get a call informing me of this, nor did I get a call for pick up. I was not informed about my brakes which I discussed with the guy as well. Plus, the air in all my tires were never adjusted as they stated they would do. I even informed the guy prior that I have two more cars that I need to bring in for Oil change and smog. NO ONE wore a mask or shield, not even the cashier. Spoke to Jeff and he said he would speak to his guy. Will never do business again with MOBILE on Reino & Borchard. It's obvious that treatment for a female is Poor and they take advantage.

The mechanics were amazing! I work at the Borchard Park Recreation Center, and these individuals were not only reasonably priced with all things considered, they were also very convenient! I saved a lot of money because I was able to just walk from the center to there! They saved me quite a bit when it all comes down to it and they were very honest and truthful through and through! If you ever get in a bind and you need your car taken care of, then this the place for you! ☺️🌸

I take care of everything at the pump, so I can't speak to the level of service they provide. The pumps always work, and I haven't driven off with one stuck in the gas tank (yet). Several times the gas pump has not been able to issue a receipt. If I wanted one, I had to go inside to get it. I also used the air compressor. It was a bit expensive at $1.50. Note that the timer is the standard short fuse, so fill those tires up quickly!

This is one of the only places around town that will still take the California rebate if you need to get your car fixed for smog and they know it. They take advantage of the fact that there is no where else to go if you don't like their service and will not only overcharge on labor but will take their sweet time getting the job done. I brought my car in at 9am because I was told it would probably be done that day since they had already ordered my part. They then told me that it wouldn't be until early afternoon the next day even though there were no new problems. They didn't get it done until closing time. Don't plan your life around anything they say, they are terrible at time quotes and you'll probably end up paying the same with a rebate here as you would anywhere else without one.
