Went into the store to buy among other things a greeting card that was age appropriate. BUT, they had blocked off that part of the greeting card aisle to seat patients receiving the Covid vaccine. The staffer wouldn't let me pass them to look for the card I was seeking, so I was forced to purchase my other products and drive up the street to the other CVS to purchase my greeting card. The stafferT the first store was rude and unapologetic. Not a very good set up as far as I could tell. Poor planning on the part of the management. I should have just gone to the other store to begin with. Won't make that mistake again....

Shout out to David, pharmacist🙌🏼 He always goes above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are filled on time and even though his job can be very demanding and stressful, He manages to smile and is always polite, whether the customer is right or not😉. I hope he stays a while because the last pharmacist was really rude and had no clue about certain meds!!

I wish I could give you negative stars. My next step is to let my insurance company know as well as the state regulators which I will do tomorrow morning. You are in violation of HIPAA laws and have ZERO customer service. There's a new pharmacist every time I come in. A technician just told a woman in line that she's not in the system. She said she's been a customer for over 10 years. I've been told that as well. I've received txt notifications that my Rx is ready, only to find that the technicians either can't find my prescription, or the wrong medication has been sent. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME I COME IN. Tonight I was also informed that I cannot return the (wrong) medication that I received by your pharmacist's error because the pharmacist is at lunch. (The pharmacist takes a lunch 30 min before closing time? No one else in the ENTIRE CVS can do a return?) As consumers we pay a great deal of money for prescription coverage, only to be treated like we're picking up a greasy burger at a drive through. ZERO professionalism of the staff. (HOW can you tell your long time customers that they are not in your system?) ZERO discretion in their conversations with each other or with customers. (It's NEVER ok to turn your computer monitor around and ask a customer if the records on the screen are theirs. What if they aren't?) ZERO privacy at this location. Every customer that walks up to the counter is asked to give their birthdate (including year) and phone number (oh, for the coupons). Most customers suffer through conversations where the names of their specific medications are mentioned. It's really none of my business that the woman in front of me is picking up her Xanax, or that she has IBS. Customer service and HIPAA training at this location is a MUST. I won't be back ever again.
