During the pandemic this store was amazing. Trying to keep things normal but not being able to take my students out to eat as I work at a residential school. We had pizza parties.Domino’s was the only place that delivered on time, with the correct order every single time! I love the staff, the pizzas and the app!

always failing to meet the delivery time and when you ask for the free time promotion they never want to make it valid, it is the second time this has happened to me wait for your pizza after the promised time and if it is delivery it will arrive cold be careful I recommend papa Jones, l lot people working for nothing they only on the cellphone this is ridiculous

My order showed up on time, but they forgot to put buffalo sauce on my buffalo chicken pizza. It's absolutely ridiculous that a simple ingredient is left off from an option that required no customization

Asked for extra chezze didn't get any then the guy argued with me then said he would redo the order but I didn't want anything else from there said I pushed extra but didn't put chezze you pick chezze and then it ask normal or extra and no sauce I paid for

They don’t accept my coupons to carry out order at the window before pay, and pizza is to could and bad shape after comeback home.

So our pizza and salad were delivered exactly as ordered, but our cinnamon twists didn't co.e with the icing. I may be a fat kid, but I gots ta have my icing on my twists. Only complaint, everything g else was spot on.

Just had a pizza delivered, we didn’t get any of our sauces that we paid for...AGAIN. And they didn’t bring the icing with the cinnamon twists, which will now go to waste. My husband called not 2 minutes after the delivery and the person basically told him they didn’t feel like coming back to our house, and that they would just put a $10 credit on our account. This doesn’t make up for the $4 delivery fee, the $3 we paid for the sauces in the first place, or the $6 cinnamon twists that will not get eaten without the icing (we are a household of picky eaters!). We are not looking for a credit or a “free pizza” on our next order, we simply want what we ordered and paid for in the first place. I’m sorry you don’t feel like driving back to our house, but this is your job. Unacceptable and ridiculous. This is not the first, or the second, time something like this has happened from this location. Terrible customer service.

Can y'all please extend your route for me.. i love Domino's and order FREQUENTLY..... i just bought this house and i just dont know how im gonna manage without my Dominos.. please help me out!!!!! Im only 6.8 miles away.... you will deliver to route 151 but not here...
