Very helpful. Spoke to supervisor about illegal change of my address having to do with stolen identity.

USPS is complete trash and needs to go out of business, I honestly don't know why anyone would use the USPS for package delivery.

I guess having a mailbox that’s too small for a package so the driver would have to get out of the vehicle classifies as “no access”. Even when there’s a front porch, no gate, and a driveway to pull into. Lazy drivers man. Guess I’ll hope it doesn’t rain tomorrow since there’s no help number to call either. Glad I paid for priority shipping.

I run online retail stores so I am at the post office daily. The staff at our Georgetown post office is awesome. They are always helpful and friendly. I know its fashionable to complain about the post office but I couldn't run my business without USPS and they do a great job delivering packages at a fair price. I appreciate how hard they work...especially during the holiday season.

We had a great experience at the Georgetown USPS. We were in a crunch situation to expedite a passport for our 3 month old and Lexington branch was not quickly accommodating. We drove to Georgetown for a same-day appointment. We went to Walgreens before to get the passport photo and it resulted in a meltdown and horrible picture. However, Bart was incredibly helpful working with our needs. He walked us through the process thoroughly and helped us get a MUCH better photo for her passport. Our daughter even had a blowout situation and he helped us to the bathroom to get her cleaned up. Such a helpful employee. Made the chaos as smooth as possible. Would definitely go back for future needs!

I have no problem with the main Post Office. Always friendly & helpful when I’ve been there. My issue is with mail delivery. They seem to have an issue with picking up my mail to be delivered when I put it in the box. They always leave my mail but won’t take the letters I’ve left to be picked up!!!!

Saturday September 12th, 2020 Today it seems like every time I have a package due to be delivered on a Saturday that this new driver cannot deliver it. Once again, I get a text message that tells me my package is out for delivery & once again they deliver the mail but not the package. Today is Saturday September 12th, 2020. Monday September 7th, 2020 Had to report that my mail was not delivered when it was delivered around 6:30 p.m. they left the mailbox open with two packages in my mailbox. Saturday August 15th, 2020 As usual I had a package out for delivery & it was not delivered. They delivered my mail but not my package, Saturday August 15th, 2020 Saturday August 8th, 2020 they left the mailbox open. Before that they didn't deliver a certified letter and stated that it was a "perishable item" ... I don't know when paper became a perishable item. I can park 11 cars in my driveway, my car was the only car in the driveway that day the mail carrier - Teresa, said she did not have enough room to safely turn around. She obviously doesn't know how to drive! She's just lazy & does not deserve that job. October, substitute/weekend drivers still doesn't know how to close a mailbox. I really don't like my packages sitting in my mailbox with the door open for anyone to take as they drive by in the rural area that I live in. October 13th, 2020 three mail pieces and one package out for delivery. Never received any of it... reported missing mail pieces in the informed delivery section. When I went online and checked my tracking number there was an alert telling me that there was an "insufficient address" on the package. After a couple hours of researching online as to what they do with insufficient addressed packages and learning that it would be returned to the sender I decided to march down to the post office on the 14th of October which would have been the following day. I got in there they can't find my package anywhere it probably took a good 15-20 minutes before somebody came out with my package and this is what I was told and I quote, "I'm sorry this was the first time I delivered mail on this route and that package fell between my door and... " That was the only explanation I got so in my head I'm thinking if my package only fell between the door and the seat or whatever it was why would you mark it as an insufficient address and return it to the sender? Maybe you weren't going to send it back to the sender maybe you were going to keep it for yourself, there is not an insufficient address on the package it is the correct address and it's very clearly typed out there's no misspellings or anything else so I really don't understand why that would be reported as an insufficient address. And furthermore why wouldn't you give to my regular mailman to be delivered the following day? The behavior of the delivery people and management at this post office just gets stranger and stranger and more and more suspicious. I could swear the man that gave me that information about my package falling in the truck, is the man that told me once before that he was a manager. Personally I think he got mad because I reported that I didn't receive my mail and that's why the package was not delivered and that's why the package was not given to my regular mail carrier the following day and I do believe had I not gone down there and got it that they would have sent it back to the sender just to pay me back for reporting my mail not being delivered. Every time there's a serious problem and I go to management they act like they don't care, obviously customer service is not their top priority! I believe someone needs to investigate the goings-on of the employees and management down at this post office. I have lived here 21 years and I've had more problems with my mail in the past 6 months than I have ever had the entire time I have lived here. As a matter of fact until this year I've never ever had a problem with my being delivered.

Refused to allow my disabled husband a mailbox on our property. Our community mailbox is 4 houses down and across the road. It's tiny and anytime there is a package, they put it in one of 2 larger community boxes, which I and at least 1 other neighbor can never open! I tried for 5 minutes to get the key to turn. Never could get it open. I finally found the phone number of the PO buried on the website and after 3.5 minutes the phone goes to a busy signal. It's 330 in the afternoon, so they are not closed. The toll free number just runs you around the automated system for 10 minutes and when I finally got to customer service the hold time was over an hour. Maybe they should have spent money on customer service, rather than 80 million on new Mercedes vans.

The people at this post office go out of their way to help. Every single time they have been patient, explaining the different options and costs. All of the employees are friendly and nice. How this post office doesn't have a 5 star from everyone is crazy
