Store and restrooms were clean. Cashiers were friendly. We arrived about 10 pm. We did reserve a spot earlier that day; thankfully we had a space to pull into to. (I read all the other horror stories). Our one issue with this Pilot and most of the others - put down fresh paint!!!! For the reserved parking.

PREMIUM GAS RIP-OFF This Pilot upcharges +$0.80 on the gallon over regular. It should never be more than 60 cents, preferably less. Skip this station and take your business to one that doesn't take you for a chump.

Doing reefer I often can't stop until after midnight, and rely on pilot's reserved system for a stress free night. This is quickly becoming not the case though as they are slacking more and more on this service across the country. This is twice in one week that I've had to get a parking refund. I don't want a refund. I want stress free parking that I pay for. Not to worry that even though I reserved a spot that there might not be one available. Colaborate with the local police or something, but kick this entitled, free loading trucks out of my spot.

Everything was great except for the employee outside in the truck diesel fueling area. I was a bit upset at him for throwing a bucket of windshield washer fluid on the side of my motorhome.

They aren't currently enforcing pay to park/reserve parking, just like several others. Either figure out a safe way to enforce it, or stop charging money for empty promises. No I don't want a refund, I paid for a place to park. The website/app says no refunds, I want what I paid for. The lot guy parked me in a no parking zone, and I did get a decent night-and into the late morning sleep...However, I couldn't help but feel like every driver who pulled on to the fuel island must have scoffed at me especially after 8am. Yet, that's where I got directed to park. The app said they had 7 spots available at the point I was parked there, I didn't get mine...that makes at least 8 spots occupied that weren't paid for. Essentially, Pilot lost at least $120.00 that night at just one location. The point...Don't count on pay to park here...and don't waste your money or points paying.

How did they screw up the parking? It's chaos in here. Replan the layout and repaint the spots. I see the lines are like 75% longer than normal. Longer than necessary for a truck. Not long enough for 2 trucks. Never seen angled parking setup this bizarre.

Well for some reason the new 2am cashier charged me for co driver showers( has never happened before at any truckstop). Went to speak to 2am Manager about it she informed us they did not have to give us a handicap shower without proof. By the way neither one asked for my handicap card and manager i am assuming she is a manager not positive wouldn't even address my question about being charged for co-drivers showers. And to top off our long 70hr. Week this is what we ended up with for a shower. O and only give us one code said we was together. Guess ill go buy my 2000 gal of fuel a month elsewhere!
