The I’m assuming Pharmacist at this location that was working at 4:45 so rude. But there’s no surprise there because this CVS has an awful Star Rating—-here is one more. Don’t hang up on people! And then of course the person coming to the window pretends he doesn’t know anything so he’s just as much salt fault. We were in the middle of conversation don’t just say okay bye and hangout. There was no confusion to be had you intentionally just hang up. That’s why people go to Walgreens instead.

I have used this pharmacy a few times and they’re usually pretty slow when picking up, not a huge problem. One problem I do have, is their customer service. They’re rude and argumentative. I called regarding a message I received about my birth control being back ordered and they would notify me when it’s available. I need my pill and can’t miss a day so I called requesting they switch me to a nearby CVS so I can get my script. I basically was told no, and the person on the phone repeatedly told me to call back as they might get it later. I understand this, but if I had the time it would be no issue but seeing as I did not know if they would get it in I don’t know why you’re telling me I can’t go to another CVS? Her attitude was unnecessary. A little kindness goes a long way.

Oh my goodness… SWEETEST group of individuals I’ve ever encountered! I have been going to this location for countless years and this new manager Sara is just a blessing. Thank you thank you thank you CVS!

They need to fire everyone in the pharmacy and get a new pharmacist this place gives the entire of CVS a bad name it's the absolute worst and nobody cares it's horrible and this place needs to be shut down 👎 They can't even be bothered to order medicine when they are out and needed to be reminded several times. I just had surgery today and they had me wait 3+ hours to fill a simple prescription and they wanted me to wait another hour because the Pharmacist was out to lunch.

Dropped off my Rx for my ADHD meds after a rather long wait in the drive thru line. Dr sent two Rx's in the envelope. One was marked do not fill until after 11/27. Dropped the Rx and was told that they didn't have it stock. I asked them if I would at least get it before end of week (this was Monday). I was told "I don't know". I got a voicemail a couple of hours later stating they couldn't hold the Rx. No other explanation. I went in right away and was told the Rx couldn't be filled until after November. Nothing had been communicated at the time of drop-off or at the time of the voicemail (had this been said, I would have come in with the new one). I asked if I sent showed them a copy of my Rx w/o the fill after date if they could at least get the ball rolling on ordering the medication as I was running low. No options were given. Went to Walgreens down the road (with the correct paper Rx this time) and walked out being advised the Rx would be filled that evening and available the next day. I fully appreciate the limits placed on them with ADHD meds, however, they offered no sympathy or any level of compassion. I will go out of my way and avoid this store in the future.

If I could give zero rating I would. I scheduled an appointment for a FLU shot. I have been using this pharmacy for years. When I got up to the window I was told that my insurance had been terminated. NEWS TO ME!. The pharmacist knew me and gave me no compassion, nor effort to resolve the issue. I immediately called Cigna and was told that my coverage was good and that I had been active since 2008. He asked to speak to the pharmacist. She refused to speak with him. All she would say was, "Insurance no good, next customer please". When I asked who I needed to speak with to resolve the issue she responded, "insurance terminated, next customer please". I left in tears. I went home and called Cigna again and was told, "We were notified an hour ago that there is a problem with CVS recognizing Cigna patients in their system". I will never go back. The location is difficult to access as it sits on a busy corner, and the drive thru is used for Covid testing, so beware not to try using the drive thru or you will sit there for at least an hour. This was a deal breaker for me!

Had a vaccine appointment scheduled (flu) and received an email a few hours before the time stating it was cancelled. I've had good experiences with other CVS stores, but this is just stupid. Looking at the reviews, it appears this particular place isn't managed very well. There's a lot of CVS locations, just don't go to this one.

The pharmacy is the SLOWEST. The pharmacist is rude. I had questions about a prescription and she only answered in one word responses and before I could continue answering my questions, she shut the window on me. I never receive my prescription text reminders even though I have set this up directly with the pharmacist. I even had my prescriptions transferred to this location and it still has not been done. It's much closer to me, but it's not worth the lack of service. I'm going back to another CVS on Orange and Michigan. They are fast and super nice.

If you want your prescription filled in a timely manner absolutely avoid this pharmacy. I've been trying to get my prescription filled since last week, every time I call them I wait on hold for 30 minutes for them to tell me it won't be ready for another day or two. This has been going on all week, and now they just told me it won't be ready until this Wednesday, maybe even Friday, by which point I'll have been off my medication for over a week, and I'm not supposed to stop taking medication overnight as it can have negative side effects. I can't even transfer to a different pharmacy because it's classified a controlled substance. Terrible experience and can't wait to transfer to literally anywhere else.
