I am allergic to certain medicines and the only Walgreens that said it was in stock was 12 miles away. We placed an online pickup order that got delayed. We did not receive any more notifications. We tried contacting the store to no avail. We drove to the store and as the Walgreens employee was handing us our stuff she casually mentioned, "Oh by the way we do not have your medicine." If they would have informed us of this we would have canceled the order all together. After asking if they could check another store the two ladies started talking behind our back in Spanish. Jokes on them I am Puerto Rican. This was highly unprofessional. They said something along the lines of we are too busy just give her the store phone number and she can call herself. If I could give negative stars I would.

Avoid this Walgreens. Management is rude and unprofessional. I was literally in line going to checkout (at a register that was open) when I was told to not put the items I was going to purchase on the checkout counter because the manager was trying to get back to the office.

Huge shout out to Selena. My daughter needed an expedited COVID test and she assisted us in quick and friendly manner. She was very customer service oriented.

The store itself is absolutely fine and I never usually have a problem finding what I need, but today I went to check out and the the young lady at the register was talking to the line of customers about the covid vaccine and warning them that it “isn’t safe”, saying covid “isn’t that big of a deal”, that “people die from cancer everyday”. It’s incredibly irresponsible to have someone speaking this way to the general public, especially at a pharmacy full of people who just got the vaccine.

Amazing staff at the pharmacy, especially May. I mixed up my appointment dates and she was so kind and helpful. Instead of simply telling me I had to come back the next day, she worked to accommodate me while also helping the regular volume of other customers. Such a great experience! I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Outstanding customer service. Just started filling most of my prescriptions there through my health plan. All the pharmacy staff members have been incredibly helpful so far and they are extremely fast and thorough 👍

We’ve stopped here a few times to get snacks and misc. items for Disney and they’ve always had what we needed. Nice, friendly staff and the store is clean.

I went there to quickly pick up some stuff. I found what I want but the cashier left us in the middle of the checkout process to help the other cashier when we were redeeming points I found that none professional. Leaving the customer because he is entering 5 digits zip code is not an excuse to leave him.
