Everytime i come here to order a sub they have me waiting 10 minutes plus. Every publix i go to I'm in and out within 15 minutes , here it takes me 15 minutes just to get my food. They have no sense of urgency to get your sub ready and they act like people don't have places to be.

To me Publix is the Greatest Supermarket on the east coast from Florida to the North Carolina. Keep on with the Quality service and clean stores.

The Publix supermarket in Orlando is and always will be where shopping is a pleasure and also that the Orlando Publix is my future job to work at where I can make whatever amounts of money without wasting it so I look forward to having an interview with the manager very very soon and to work part-time either five or ten hours on the weekends.

Love Publix and came to this one because it's the closest to my house. However they don't have seafood section ready early enough. Too many times I've been there, 10am on Friday, and no seafood yet. I try to go to the store early to get it done and beat the rush. Left there and went to Conway and Curry Ford. Fully stocked seafood department. This is my go to store now unfortunately.

Good clean store and would give a glowing review if it wasn’t for one bad Apple. Cashier “Marilyn” is VERY rude and lazy. It truly only takes one to turn an otherwise good experience into a bad one.

Let me begin by saying the only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because of my experience with a gentleman at the deli. I’ve bought from this store before and a couple times I’ve bought expired chips or other items in the aisles. So I stopped purchasing goods but continued to come for subs. Jonathan, the clerk in the deli, made the best Italian sub I’ve had. He was very kind and listened to me very well. Other times I’d have to repeat myself, ask for a decent amount, or worry about whether the clerk washed their hands or used gloves. Also, Joanne always has the best attitude!

I will never go back to this publix again!which is a shame because its my neighborhood nearby store! I went yesterday to go buy a few items and noticed that I went to a rude! I mean rude old cashier lady that I believe that doesn't need to be working there in my opinion..this is the second time I've experienced this same situation with the same lady! She's a short Spanish lady with glasses. She also works on the 10 and fewer cashier..she tells me and my girlfriend in a rude meaningful way, "10 items or less! I mean in a rude way! And its not the first time! We only had 5 items in our cart and she's just there counting them looking vicious which made us feel so uncomfortable

Always have a great experience here, staff is super friendly store is always clean. My only issue is the Deli…as someone that regularly orders subs and lunch meats a few of the deli personnelle don’t wear their masks properly. Just covering their mouth not their nose. A few months ago, Publix didn’t require masks now they do. So if you’re going to require masks wear them the right way or don’t wear them at all. There should be one standard.

Deli is worth ever. To making a sub, they put what they want, not what I want. Employee was not nice. When I ask for manager he just show me on a couple persons. Finally, finding manager he told me that they doing what they need to do. They don’t care about customers. That’s it. I like Publix and deli. Always buy a food from them. But that store, never again. Never.

Excellent range, friendly staff. A very good young man in the delicacies department is so young, and he can work so well! You choose the right staff. Good is not cheap, but I would like lower prices. Thank you, always a pleasure to come!
