The Hours say they are open till 7:00. Thursday afternoon, leave work early to make sure that I can be there by 6:30 (so I’m not the jerk walking in 5 minutes till close) Get there, closed up tight. No hours posted. Red open light sign on. Nobody there, And it looks like they have been closed for a while. Not only could I not get my part, they cost me money because I took off work early just to patronize their establishment.

Was told id be able to refund an item i purchased from another store then during the same conversation. The older grumpy gentlemen working told the guy helping me not to give me my refund for literally no reason. He only got upset when i told him i was returning the item because i went with another stores product. Never using napa again. 1st and only experience was terrible

Man, this parts house has everything! They got parts and things that look like parts and shelves full of stuff that goes on or with parts. I had ordered a part online and when I told gentlmn behind the counter exactly who i was, i was greeted with a huge smile, my box and a receipt. They said thanks and i said thanks and I went home with my brand new part! Very moving experience that theyshared with me that day. I think we made strong bonds that transdescend the normal retail clerks/ customer relationship. Ill be back soon to pick up my package soon, fire boar! Thank you alot.

There parts are usually of better quality than the other parts stores and they match prices plus the staff is experienced. We don't have any parts Stores near my home, so it's important that I get the correct part the first time. That's why I buy at NAPA.

These guys and girls ooze with auto part and repair knowledge. By far the best Arturo parts store in Alvin. Plus I like giving my money to a family owned and operated businesses rather that corporations. This store is great.
