Have had some o.k. pizzas in the past. I ordered one today and put parmesan garlic sauce on the order. When we got the pizza, they put so much sauce that it looked like gravy all over the pizza. One side of the pizza sliding over to the other end. It was disgusting AND very disappointing! Never again

60$ for a a pizza slathered with bbq sauce, not fully cooked and a cookie that was half dough half cooked and tasted stale.. awesome job guys.. 1 pizza made the cut out of our whole order… but it was delivered 10 mins earlier than projected.. but come on guys!!!! Do better!

Pizza Hut Santa Fe just sucks all the way around. The old lady working the counter is very unprofessional and rude as hell, shouldn't be in any position that deals directly with customers. This was the 3rd time going there, and all 3 times, she was there, and as always, service sucked. Lost my business for good. If you want wonderful Pizza Hut food and service, go to Pizza Hut across from Dog Track, 5 minutes away, ALWAYS on Point.

The food was pretty good. The lady running the store started out really crabby, but nice by the time food was done. Just always amazed me why someone gets a job that deals with the public but has no bed side manor.

There was a mix up on my order and while trying to speak with a manager she got really rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. I can see why this place only has 1 star. I would leave a negative 5 star review if I could.

The employees are super nice but the pizza is just okay. The hand tossed crust is paper thin (which it shouldn't be) and when you ask for extra sauce on your pizza, you get super light sauce instead. Pizza was cooked... Barely... Over priced pizza, definitely. Also had to recut the pizza because it wasn't really cut at all.
