We ordered food for pick up. Upon arrival, I found it a bit odd that you were not given though option to walk-in to pick up the food. The drive thru, however was quick and easy. The food was great and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.

We ordered several pizzas for a small party. I was pleased to see that they got every single order correct, (everybody had edited the pizza to what they wanted individually), the delivery was quicker than I had anticipated, and everything was hot and tasted great. I was really impressed with this Pizza Hut location!! Will order again!

I bought 60 bucks worth of pizza and I think I got a dollar worth in cheese. There was hardly any cheese on any of the pizzas so much so that my cheese eating children didn't even like it. I hope they don't do that to everyone's pizzas, I mean I know times are hard but that's why you upped your prices, not scam your customers. I'm not happy at all the waste of money and food.

Dont order from here unless you have 3 hours to wait for a pizza.. The whole place is a hot mess every time we try and order.

I love this pizza hut. I use this location when I order from my daughters house and buy pizza for them. I live in alvin and usually use that one as well. The one on 1764 is the best. Pizza is always ready quick and hot and fresh.

They’ve messed up orders too many times. Pizzas folded up inside the box, hours late or pizzas not cut. Today was the last time they get my business. Sorry Pizza Hut la marque I tried to give y’all chances to redeem yourself . I mean it’s only pizza but for the same price these local non-chain places knock it out of the park.

Team members were not present at the counter to help us. Door to lobby was locked until noon. Manager on duty was giving items away for free even though we tried to pay for them. Being a general manager for Dominos… I know that giving away free product is not good for food cost. I understand trying to “wow” the customer and make their bad experience a more pleasant one by giving them something extra… but she was giving away dipping sauces, parm and red pepper shakers and drinks for free because she took literally 10 mins to Acknowledge our presence at the front counter, once we were let in to try and enjoy our meal, which was pretty terrible. Sauce they were using was not room temperature, it was ice cold on top of hot pizza. Pretty terrible experience overall. We will not ever be coming back to this location. Kind of sucks, honestly, because we had not been to a Pizza Hut in a long time and they completely ruined the chances of us ever considering going back again, anywhere.
