Always clean. Always friendly service. A bit more expensive than some of the competition, but it's worth it to find what you need. It's always also a good idea to check their sales as they do have some really good sales prices.

Always make sure to check expiration dates on all products, as they don't teach new stock personnel how to rotate stock properly. Most employees try to do their best and go above & beyond... management has always been a bit of a problem at this store and non-reactionary to customers' concerns or problems.

Clean, courteous staff, quickly got in and out! Wonderful grocery store and market! We visited this location a couple of times while staying at our near-by time share.

I have been eating Publix subs for quite some time now & not once have I ever felt the need to write a review based on how the employee made my sub. But this time around that was not the case. I visited this store and had two subs made by Ray. Ray provided me with the best customer service I have received in a WHILE. Not only did he provide outstanding customer service but I usually order the messiest sub and when I tell you he made it so neat. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at Publix. Thank you Ray for your patience, hard work, and tremendous customer service. I will definitely be back!

Bonita in the deli does not need to be making sandwiches. I just stood there from 12-1 with 3 people in front of me watching her mess up 3 sandwiches. She was getting in the way of the other workers and slowing the process. Definitely not efficient and not helpful. She also does not listen to the customer when they say “a little” or “a lot” she was sloppy putting the sandwiches together. I think professionally she needs to be in another area.

We were visiting Disney and stayed at the Ritz Carlton hotel, a stone throw away from this Publix..Being in retail business is fascinating as looking at other retailers become part of your vacation plans. I came to pick up a few things at this store including their famous sandwich - a young man by the name of Roudy attended to me. Excellent customer service, attentiveness, attitude, and mastery of what they offer were outstanding. Three other associates were simply watching him do his craft and looked bothered - this kid will go far if he decides to make retail a career.

DELI DEPT: PLEASEEE educate your employees on all of the subs. Every time I come to any Publix they never know how to make the vegan garlic and herb tofu sub and always have to walk them through it. Now I will say my last time here Austin was very helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure the sub was made and he made it with extreme care!! Thank you Austin. It’s really important to be aware of Ingredients because of allergens so please do just a little bit better, Publix.

Close enough to walk but the store itself is convenient if you're just looking for basic items. The cashiers could improve their customer service skills for sure. We all have better days than others but some of the people working there seem to treat customers as if they are annoyed but hey..! If I show manners, you should do the same since you're representing the store.

I do love Publix supermarkets. The staff is very friendly and courteous. It is very clean and offer a great variety of items. One good thing they offer is the $5.00 sushi specials on Wednesday. As for the prices they are high compared to other supermarkets.

I am from Dallas, TX and I am vacationing in Orlando, Fl. I have never been to a Publix before this and I wish they had these in Dallas!!! The stores are so clean and organized! The deals are great and you don’t need to signup to get the deals! They also sell that amazing bread brown bread from the Cheesecake Factory !
