I have been waiting in the drive thru for about 45 minutes in the window. I work for a retailer. I am confused on how there is no sense of urgency on moving the line. This isn't getting any better today I have been waiting behind this vehicle for the past 35 minutes not sure what takes so long to move this line I have seen about four pull out of the line because of the waiting time. I come here because the retailer I work for has our business bank here. Otherwise I will not come to the location. ~Richard

If you need a bank account for your registered student organization, stay away from this place! Setting up account and online banking took weeks and tons of back and forth. I would hear something different every time I called and each time we thought we were close we’d have to go back and start the process all over again doing something completely different. Do not recommend. Spent more time doing paperwork and setting things up than using the account. ~Karol

I received the best customer service. I went into the pine hills branch to move the restrictions that I placed on my account. The person I needed was not available. Long story short a nice associate Rowendy helped me. I told her I don’t think she can that I wanted a particular person.She is a good listener and went into action mode,she was very polite. Turn out she could and did help me. With excellent people skills coupled with excellent customer service skills. Ms Rowendy made the phone call and got the restrictions removed,reactivate my bank card. She was so patient. ~Amy

-zero stars… The people that work here are horrible and have horrible customer service. If you want to be in suspense over what’s going on with your account this is the place your you. A nasty rude white women with an accent who is a banker, approached me and assumed what I needed. She never invited into the office and didn’t resolve my issue and it was a waste of my time. The man that was in her office before she came to me in the lobby. came out upset and said this bank was a good bank I couldn’t agree with him more! I’ve been banking with this bank for over 20 yrs and it the worst customer service I ever seen. Just an FYI the man left her office and she started to spray a spray around her office like if he had bugs. A new regions just open look it into it before coming to this bank!! ~Jojo

This is above all my favorite Speedway location. The morning staff is always friendly. The manager Renee is so helpful and the other associate Ray is also very nice. I like the beverage rewards and perks for having the Speedway Card especially when any of the fountain drink sizes including the 52oz are only 79 cents! They sometimes have 10 cents off a gallon of gas when you purchase 3 cooler items. They seem to have the cheapest gas prices around the area. ~Esther

Absolutely refused to take a dollars worth of change to put gas in go as can, and had a attitude to boot..has insects crawling out of supposedly hot peanut cookers .they spit on my apkun to wipe up a entire sticky counter. Nasty unclean ~Pete

I am allergic to certain medicines and the only Walgreens that said it was in stock was 12 miles away. We placed an online pickup order that got delayed. We did not receive any more notifications. We tried contacting the store to no avail. We drove to the store and as the Walgreens employee was handing us our stuff she casually mentioned, "Oh by the way we do not have your medicine." If they would have informed us of this we would have canceled the order all together. After asking if they could check another store the two ladies started talking behind our back in Spanish. Jokes on them I am Puerto Rican. This was highly unprofessional. They said something along the lines of we are too busy just give her the store phone number and she can call herself. If I could give negative stars I would. ~Richard
