7 Best drugstore in Orlando, Florida (FL) 2024

I am allergic to certain medicines and the only Walgreens that said it was in stock was 12 miles away. We placed an online pickup order that got delayed. We did not receive any more notifications. We tried contacting the store to no avail. We drove to the store and as the Walgreens employee was handing us our stuff she casually mentioned, "Oh by the way we do not have your medicine." If they would have informed us of this we would have canceled the order all together. After asking if they could check another store the two ladies started talking behind our back in Spanish. Jokes on them I am Puerto Rican. This was highly unprofessional. They said something along the lines of we are too busy just give her the store phone number and she can call herself. If I could give negative stars I would. ~Richard

Will tend to agree with reviews . I took a prescription in and when I went to pick up . They questioned everything as if questioning the doctors recommendation. They need to dial it back and provide a service and realize being a pharmacist Is not an actual doctor. Doctors directives should not be questioned. I had to go elsewhere and it was filled without an issue. @The doctors office they were equally annoyed . They said they never had issues with the request . I was instructed to go elsewhere ~M

For the last several years, they have been terrific in helping my wife and myself manage the challenges of several serious medications and insurance coverages. They are never to busy to answer questions or give advice despite being understaffed. Over the past 35 years, I have dealt with many pharmacies and pharmacists, however, these folks are the best. I only use this cvs for pharmacy services because my insurance restricts me to it and its near by. But I won't buy anything else here. While nearly everything is on sale in the store in some way with discounts, many items on sale are not recognized or honored at the register and the employees are few and far between to help. If you do find one, they pretty much don't care to fix it either. ~Theron

I have used this pharmacy a few times and they’re usually pretty slow when picking up, not a huge problem. One problem I do have, is their customer service. They’re rude and argumentative. I called regarding a message I received about my birth control being back ordered and they would notify me when it’s available. I need my pill and can’t miss a day so I called requesting they switch me to a nearby CVS so I can get my script. I basically was told no, and the person on the phone repeatedly told me to call back as they might get it later. I understand this, but if I had the time it would be no issue but seeing as I did not know if they would get it in I don’t know why you’re telling me I can’t go to another CVS? Her attitude was unnecessary. A little kindness goes a long way. ~Lexi

This is the worst pharmacy in the US. The have missed up my prescriptions for the last time! They never do they say they will do. I came by yesterday to pick up two RXs. Only one was ready. The pharmacist said he would have the one not filled, ready this morning! I go to pick it up and guess what? After I sit in outside pick up I was given the news. And the pharmacist is at lunch and I have to wait inside. Now this is the 4th time they forgot to fill a RX and just screwed up on others. Think twice before you depend on them. ~Larry

We are from Michigan and my wife had to get medication. The Walgreens closer to the hotel was closed and this one was open and transferred and filled the prescription in less than 10 minutes. They saved the day and we were still able to make our shuttle to the cruise 🛳. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!! ~Daniel
