I only use this cvs for pharmacy services because my insurance restricts me to it and its near by. But I won't buy anything else here. While nearly everything is on sale in the store in some way with discounts, many items on sale are not recognized or honored at the register and the employees are few and far between to help. If you do find one, they pretty much don't care to fix it either.

I need to know, are the pharmacist at CVS trying to kill me?

Do not, under any circumstance, trust this pharmacy with your prescription. They will tell you it’s being filled even when it’s out of stock. They accepted my prescription on a Friday when it was never going to be able to be filled till Monday at the earliest. Never even let me know it wasn’t going to be filled. Then gave me multiple stories as to why. I waited on hold with customer service for an hr before being given a different reason why it couldn’t be filled. This pharmacy has gone to absolute hell. I had my Covid vaccine cancelled as well. But here the best part. Do you think they called me to tell me the vaccine appointment they took couldn’t be done?Absolutely not. I had to show up to the store and find out. They don’t have staff like everywhere else in the world right now. They literally don’t know who will be manning the pharmacy on a day to day. I genuinely feel bad for the employees there they are always so polite and funny and just being managed so poorly that the patient pays the price. The poor lady who was there yesterday said “today is my first and last day at this store. I promise I will never work here again.” Trust me. Stay away. Publix is 500 ft away and will do a much better job.

great local pharmacy to visit and staffs are welcoming. I am glad CVS is right down the road, however as some of others were stating, it does need some renovation, once you walk in, you are time traveling to 90s. It is amazing!

terrible staff, as 2 teenage kids they instantly started judging us the second we came through the door saying watch those 2 while talking to the fellow employee. as we decided to leave and catch up to our other friends an extremely rude lady came out behind us screaming at us to come back and accusing us of stealing. very disappointed and hope to get a formal apology!

Appalled by the carelessness in the application of the COVID vaccine here. Their incompetence is so great regarding basic bureaucratic details (for instance, committing an error in the patient’s name on the CDC card, and then refusing to modify it) that is is easy to fathom how far such incompetence may have reached regarding the high levels of care needed for the correct storage and application of the vaccine itself. For the second dose, I had to go to the Walgreens up Edgewater Dr, the complete opposite of this CVS in care and attention to detail.

Came in for covid-19 vaccination at 3:40 pm, after checking in at the counter, the pharmacist vaccinated the person after me, gave the vaccination card to that person. After recognize the mistake, went to that person, correct the error. I was vaccinated 45 later. The pharmacist had no idea what in the hell he was doing. Please, pray for this people. Do not come to this store for the covid-19, go somewhere else.

I absolutely love this pharmacy!!! I drive from another city just to come to this pharmacy. I can't remember his name, but he's an older gentleman with white or gray hair, anyways he's the pharmacist. He's always very quick, usually works alone, and so polite!!!! He makes all the difference in the world!!! I literally want to cringe going to other any other pharmacist. It's the little things that make your day and it's worth the drive for me to be happy when I walk out!!! Oh and ps the bathroom is ALWAYS clean!!!!

This cvs is extremely overpriced compared to the publix and Walgreens right down the street. I went in and paid $17 for a 10 pack of Claritin D 12 hour. I then went to Publix and seen they had the better version 24 hour relief 10 pack for $9.98. Not to mention months ago I went in for some deodorant and it was about $5 more than what I’ve always paid anywhere else. Wouldn’t recommend at all

I literally love this CVS! The Sunday Cashier and manager are always so helpful and polite and the store is always neat and organized. I think their names were Jessica and Jamie, I want to say, I could be completely wrong. But I love them and that store. I literally only go on Sundays because I know which Cashier will be there and she is always nice and patient with me and helpful when I have questions!
