Horrible experience, such a bad customer service. I was asking for help To add a coupon and there was a lady who just never answered she saw me and continued doing something at the back. Today was the last day to print pictures with 50% and the “manager” didn’t have idea how to handle the photo computer when he approached just turned off instead to help. When I asked where to add the coupon he didn’t know after waste my time he never applied the discount and made me paid full price. Took my phone and tried himself and even when I was showing him the email the code picture, he just didn’t want to apply the discount. I should go to Walgreens it is better customer service but I was just trying to get the discount, I would never come back, they are not trained on customer service or anything else.

I approached an employee to ask if an item was in stock. He laughed and said, “No.” I will drive the extra distance to go to another drug store where associates are helpful or at the least not rude.

Will tend to agree with reviews . I took a prescription in and when I went to pick up . They questioned everything as if questioning the doctors recommendation. They need to dial it back and provide a service and realize being a pharmacist Is not an actual doctor. Doctors directives should not be questioned. I had to go elsewhere and it was filled without an issue. @The doctors office they were equally annoyed . They said they never had issues with the request . I was instructed to go elsewhere

I was told my medication would be ready at 10am the next day. I was not greeted by the lady. She automatically asked just for date of birth. Also, told me there was nothing there. Which was a lie cause after telling her the name multiple times. She said it wasn’t ready. Horrible service will be moving my medication else where. As soon as I’m better.

I ran low on my Metforman after my Doctor changed my prescription to twice a day. I called on Monday 6th the automated system for a refill. The system said my Metforman would be ready at 5pm. I went to pick up medication and the young lady at the drive through said it was scheduled for the 28th. I had an appointment on tthe next day 7th. I waited until then. I explained to the nurse what happened and she put a refill request in the system in front of me. Then the Doctor saw me and she put in a request as well. My wife attempted to pick up prescription yesterday and the person at the drive through said it would be ready today 8th. I go to pick up my prescriptions concerned because I have missed 2 pills. Now they tell me it is not scheduled until the 28th. Even though yesterday it would be ready today. I canceled all future prescriptions and my shot appointment with this location. You lost another customer, I will not return. The lack of empathoy from the staff is what got me.

Can you believe I just called CVS and was on hold for 21 mins to inquire on why my medication was not delivered to me today. The gentleman that answered the phone basically put words in my mouth. He explained to me that someone came and picked it up. I stated to him that no one should have picked up my medication unless it was the Postal Service to deliver it to me. He explained to me that he could not give me anymore information. I told him I did not ask you for more information. I asked you where is ny medication and why was it not delivered?? To make a long story short he says that well you’re telling me that someone came to pick up your medication and now you’re telling me it was supposed to be delivered. I was like whaaaaat I never said that to you! I believe he was either delirious, overworked or tired. I then said to him I did not say that to you! I said what are you talking about I just called to ask you why my medication was not delivered to me today?? He turns around and just hangs up on me. I now have 10+ medicines that I need and he has no idea where they went or why they’re not there. 😩 This is how much CVS cares about our health here in East Orlando. Very sad…

Generally I have great experiences with my local store. I keep trying to purchase milk and have left word that the milk storage unit, rather in transport or at store, is freezing somewhat. I don't know how others experience has been. The taste of the milk has an odd aftertaste. No enough to get you sick. Maybe I am just picky a6milk but otherwise all employees are very helpful and friendly.

The store is always clean and everything in place easy to find. Both the managers have always been professional when I walk in. The pharmacy on the other hand has fell off. Now every-time I call I have to wait 30 minutes till someone picks up the phone. Even going in person is a long wait. They haven’t been in stalk with what I need 3 different times I had to drive 30 minutes to another pharmacy. Call both pharmacies back and fourth it was such a hassle.

Horrible service!! I can’t believe it! My daughter is having a miscarriage, the dr told me that she need to drink that medication today, I went to this pharmacy because they send it to Walgreens and they do not accept our health insurance, I told the pharmacist that we need that today and they said that they will have it ready by today that will take couple of hours, I called back to know the status of the prescription because it’s been pass couple of hours and the pharmacist told me that it’s ready but they close in 5 minutes! I told the pharmacist why they did not text me or call me, he said that the computer send the text but apparently they did not complete the order in the computer because if is ready why it did not send the text then.. he just said that he can wait just 5 minutes for me to go there… I’m almost 30 minutes away and he said we open tomorrow at 10am, unbelievable, I’m so angry and frustrated, they do not care about patients or customers at all!

BEWARE THE PHARMACY I dropped off 3 prescriptions, but only left with 2. The Pharmacist had taken it upon himself to not fill my 3rd prescription. When I first asked about the 3rd prescription (drive-thru), I was told there were only 2 for me in the system...as if I was mistaken that I had dropped off 3. Then I went inside. The clerk told me the Pharmacist did not want to fill the prescription because he feared overdose. I told the clerk my doctor had prescribed those meds in that way on purpose and he'd talked to me about how I should take them. At this point I was confused. Why hadn't the Pharm called my doctor and confirmed? Why hadn't I been handed back my prescription if it wasn't gonna be filled? Why hadn't the Pharmacist talked to me in the drive-thru or told his clerk to explain the situation?! Check your prescriptions before you leave the pharmacy. Make sure all of your meds are accounted for. If any meds have not been filled, the prescription paper must be returned to you so you can get it filled elsewhere.
