I have been waiting in the drive thru for about 45 minutes in the window. I work for a retailer. I am confused on how there is no sense of urgency on moving the line. This isn't getting any better today I have been waiting behind this vehicle for the past 35 minutes not sure what takes so long to move this line I have seen about four pull out of the line because of the waiting time. I come here because the retailer I work for has our business bank here. Otherwise I will not come to the location. ~Richard

If you need a bank account for your registered student organization, stay away from this place! Setting up account and online banking took weeks and tons of back and forth. I would hear something different every time I called and each time we thought we were close we’d have to go back and start the process all over again doing something completely different. Do not recommend. Spent more time doing paperwork and setting things up than using the account. ~Karol

I received the best customer service. I went into the pine hills branch to move the restrictions that I placed on my account. The person I needed was not available. Long story short a nice associate Rowendy helped me. I told her I don’t think she can that I wanted a particular person.She is a good listener and went into action mode,she was very polite. Turn out she could and did help me. With excellent people skills coupled with excellent customer service skills. Ms Rowendy made the phone call and got the restrictions removed,reactivate my bank card. She was so patient. ~Amy

-zero stars… The people that work here are horrible and have horrible customer service. If you want to be in suspense over what’s going on with your account this is the place your you. A nasty rude white women with an accent who is a banker, approached me and assumed what I needed. She never invited into the office and didn’t resolve my issue and it was a waste of my time. The man that was in her office before she came to me in the lobby. came out upset and said this bank was a good bank I couldn’t agree with him more! I’ve been banking with this bank for over 20 yrs and it the worst customer service I ever seen. Just an FYI the man left her office and she started to spray a spray around her office like if he had bugs. A new regions just open look it into it before coming to this bank!! ~Jojo

Worst bank ever the male.teller is always rude think name is Jose and the old lady especially the branch manager was nice n fixed my issue but now I. See the branch closed my account n text me to pick up a check for 2.05 it's redicullous seriously am I suppose to cry there are so many great banks out there n that's why I'm sticking with wells Fargo popular bank great customer service n they value there customers they getting one star cause I don't have a choice in order to post a honest review they won't be around for long ~Derrick

We recently decided to use Trustco bank for our new vehicle loan once our car was scheduled for delivery and decided to use this Trustco location for that transaction. Their loan rates were better than what the dealer was offering us so we decided to use Trustco, but needed a quick turn-around due to my vehicle delivery date. The process was very easy and was smooth from start to finish. Carmen handled our transaction and kept us updated every step of the way! I would highly recommend this location if you are in the market for a loan or new branch to work with as everyone is very helpful and friendly there. ~Heather

DO NOT put your money with this bank! I was with SunTrust for twenty years. Never had a problem accessing my funds when I needed them. Now they're Truist. Went today to withdraw a small sum I needed for a procedure tomorrow and had more than plenty in my account for the transaction. THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND TOLD THEM A WEEK IN ADVANCE!! They didn't have the money. Isn't that a bank's sole purposes??? ~Carissa

Not really sure what's up with some of the reviews, but I haven't had a problem here as of yet. Bank itself is a bit understaffed, but that's not at all the fault of the employees. Otherwise, it's been a quick in-and-out for inquiries, deposits, and withdrawals thus far. ~PhazonFire

I when to this Branch yesterday and today Friday to make couple of deposits and could believe how insane is this place. One of the worse locations, their huge line and even though their is like 4 ladies in the brach no one is available to help more then just one teller leslie. The teller is very sweet lady that quickly help me with transaction and I feel so sorry for her to be working alone. She does a fenomenal job I can see how she helped everyone on that line. I wish could give 5 stars to her not the business because she knows what she doing and has great customer service skills. ~Natasha
