Top candidate for “Worst BofA in East Orlando”. Manager plays concierge instead of running the branch. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.

Terrible management. Line was practically out the door – there’s one teller and the manager is on lunch break. I requested her to come out and she Condescendingly told me there was a two hour wait to simply wire money. Ridiculous

Not really sure what's up with some of the reviews, but I haven't had a problem here as of yet. Bank itself is a bit understaffed, but that's not at all the fault of the employees. Otherwise, it's been a quick in-and-out for inquiries, deposits, and withdrawals thus far.

The worst experience ever. Only one cashier, long waiting and not able to cash a check. Rude answers. They really donnot care. Neither does corporate... BofA has declined their service a lot. Moving to another bank.

Absolutely AWFUL!!! 7 Employees in the branch & only 1 bank teller with 10 people in line and NO ONE IS HELPING the teller. 3 out of the 7 employees are on their phone. This BOA BRANCH IS GOING TO MAKE ME CHANGE BANKS.

Very poor customer service. People are bringing money to a "bank" to continue to keep locations like this open. We are doing of service to you to keep your jobs. We are depositing larger amounts and doing a big deal for this company. Erika was extremely Rude and was treating me as if I owed her a apology for not stamping two out of 20 checks deposited. What does it cost to lift your hand and stamp two checks ?? InStead made it a big deal and scolded me for it. Secondly people make mistakes I did not put the total on one of the deposits and asked her for a calculator being my cell phone Was left in the car, she rudely said no. It's a bank I'm sure there's a calculator in a place that deals with nothing but crunching numbers all day. Erika needs to find a new job if she's not happy with the number one thing she got hired to do "customer service" remember we owe you nothing and bringing you a business service. Disgusting behavior

My post is no where near as positive as Michaels below me. First walk in and have to stand holding the door while security inquired why each person was coming in. Finally he let me go into the line which one other person was in front of me waiting. There were two tellers. The line started to back up now to 4 people waiting including myself. One teller took a client and then the other teller finishing her client, seeing the long line of people who have been patiently waiting grabs her things and leaves. I have banking experience and my mother has banking experience and in know way were we ever to leave the teller line with a crowd like that. Then the one teller who was working took on a project that should have been handled by one of the personal lobby bankers so she could clear the line. No 15 minutes of her doing the task while people waited and left. At noon people are on their lunch breaks and need to have time to eat and get back to work. This is unacceptable. I hate to hear ohh we are understaffed. That is BULL because when my mother relocated to florida after 20 years in banking as an AVP for our hometown bank she could not even get a job as a teller because she didnt Habla Espanol. BOA you need to do better. If this was my personal bank I would have been left. Not to mention while I was there there were 2 people unrelated closing their accounts.

Great bank! Great atms always working and serviced quick to get your money. Bank of America is much better then chase and their unfriendly or poor bank management! Bank of America does better. For the people use them as your main bank. They allow you to use multiple accounts and support your lifestyle. And give stock options.

Hi, I visited this branch because is close to my company. Nevertheless I had to wait for the cashier for a long time, so I had to go to other BofA branch to cash a check. I did not know if She was in training with a supervisor or they were solving something. Customers deserve respect.

I walked up to the center, and even with a line, I was greeted outside by security and inside by crystal that made me feel like my time would be valued. I was directed to the correct area when before I found people just standing and wondering looking around. This felt under control and flowed easily. Jelina greeted me in line and was able to take care of my issue instead of waiting for the teller. This bank is busy at times, but the team makes it work. They made a hard day a little bit easier. Thank you.
