-zero stars… The people that work here are horrible and have horrible customer service. If you want to be in suspense over what’s going on with your account this is the place your you. A nasty rude white women with an accent who is a banker, approached me and assumed what I needed. She never invited into the office and didn’t resolve my issue and it was a waste of my time. The man that was in her office before she came to me in the lobby. came out upset and said this bank was a good bank I couldn’t agree with him more! I’ve been banking with this bank for over 20 yrs and it the worst customer service I ever seen. Just an FYI the man left her office and she started to spray a spray around her office like if he had bugs. A new regions just open look it into it before coming to this bank!!

Helped me establish my credit and got me on the right track. I think all the negative reports are only from those who did not pay attention to the information being given to them because it took me up until this year to realize everything they were setting me up for in the beginning.

come in for a loan the front teller tells me she's waiting for a response from someone or i might have to come in tomorrow the lady who is the only person in the branch that can do loans tells me she can help me Saturday... it's tuesday lol what a joke find yourself a different branch colored people are not worthy of buisness at the narcossee location

Called this specific location regarding fraud to my account. I spoke with a Branch Advisor name Malika. She was very rude. She informed me that I must come in. I informed her the customer service told me to call since I can't make it in and you guys will report through their fraud department. She stated no, I'm with a customer right now so I can't talk to you. I said excuse me!? Why you didn't transfer this over to someone else, she hung the phone up on me. I made it three minutes before the branch closed. She looked at me with disgusted and made me wait for the next branch Advisor. Remind you she never met me. She did not even know why I was there. Her tension was very nasty and negative. I will never go back to this branch! I am closing my account with Regions also!!!!

Not trustworthy! I opened a new checking and savings account after they told me about a promotion for a $200 credit (after meeting requirements.) I opened the accounts and I waited a year and did everything needed, plus more. They never honored their end of the deal and after countless requests for it to be looked into, they stopped returning my calls. They tried to tell me I didn't do something right by not getting an offer code. I called the bank, got my offer code (AGAIN) and they STILL did not honor the deal. Bunch of con artists, giving the bait and switch. I will be pulling all of my money and going with a bank who has customer service!

This bank has Stole hundreds and hundreds of dollars from me. In their excessive fees. I got away from this bank it cost me a lot of money but it was well worth it.. You have been warned do not do business with this bank

First bank I’ve had in a very long time that is absolutely fantastic Malika, especially; this woman I outstanding... and the second time I came back she remembers me by name. She is always friendly, sweet and always willing to solve a problem. Anyone who has anything negative about her must have an internal issue with themselves. Whenever, I’m there I always see everyone that comes in greet her with a smile. Shame on people who don’t know how to be happy and always find the wrong in things and people.

If you are looking for competent people that know how interest rates, mortgage products, and how savings work. You have come to the wrong place. Keep moving forward. They told me one thing and did another. There was no timely follow up. He rarely listened when I spoke. He kept pushing a product I told him I was not interested in. The look on his face was like that what corporate told me to sell. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah....I felt like he was just a snake oil sales person that would agree to everything and knew very little about his own products and services. It's a bank- you deposit people's money and then lend it out. It's not that complicated.

I closed my account and two months later a company attempted a charge at that account which "reactivated" my CLOSED account!!! This resulted in several overdraft fees!!! I'm not with regions anymore and they are still trying to steal MY money.
