DO NOT put your money with this bank! I was with SunTrust for twenty years. Never had a problem accessing my funds when I needed them. Now they're Truist. Went today to withdraw a small sum I needed for a procedure tomorrow and had more than plenty in my account for the transaction. THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND TOLD THEM A WEEK IN ADVANCE!! They didn't have the money. Isn't that a bank's sole purposes??? ~Carissa

I greeted both employees working today with “hello how are you guys?” Including a supervisor I believe. Neither replied. They continued talking as I waited directly in front of employee Yadira. She continued talking. I handed her my ID, but she continued talking and without acknowledging me. I was the only customer inside. When she finally finished talking. She said, “so what do you want?” All I needed was a money order. I did bring a lot of cash. I explained why and I’ve been doing this for years working in the service industry. She was annoyed and when she finished I said thank you again very much to which she didn’t reply or make any eye contact. I truly don’t know why this had to be unpleasant, but thanks again. ~Spencer
