I had a super BAD experience with David's attention, slow, poor response, attitude, throwing his phone, pen with annoyance, we asked him some questions when we saw his attitude and he said that we were annoyed, I mean the client can't speak, you must come to a store to buy and be treated badly, and incidentally he asked another employee after answering a call from a client to whom he also responded with attitude, and in our face he says to his co-worker: WHAT HAPPENS WITH PEOPLE TODAY. He is the first who with his bad face, bad attitude and arrogance makes you never want to buy in this store again, I feel sorry for the other customers, employees and owner of the store. But the people who have that kind of job, the first thing they should LEARN IS "to treat customers well", that's what success in sales is all about.

Wonderful experience here! Sold some jewelry and they gave me an amazing and extremely fair offer. The store is very clean and organized, they have a wide selection of jewelry and the staff were very polite, quick and helpful. Best customer service we have experienced in a long time. The store manager Jose not only went above and beyond to help us out but also stayed after his scheduled shift to take care of us. The whole staff was exceptional and courteous. Would definitely recommend this store.
