I highly recommend Body Balance Physical Therapy. A few years back, I had knee surgery and went to a different physical therapy office. They were all very nice there, but the rehab felt more suited to young athletes with sports injuries and didn’t really help me. I decided that physical therapy wasn’t that useful. I continued to have issues with my knee for a few years and it got to the point where my kneecap was dislocating frequently leaving me in pain and unable to walk for a few days. I went back to my surgeon dreading having to have another surgery and she suggested I try a different physical therapy office and then reevaluate. I started working with Jamie and could tell immediately that this place was different. He really seemed to understand why I was there: not to prep for CrossFit, but to get back to doing daily activities without pain or instability. I wanted to build a body that will support lifelong health so I can hike with my kids in 20 years. The plan Jamie had me start was really effective. I’m back to doing the things I want to do and didn’t need another surgery!!! I’m really happy I went to Body Balance. I did have a few issues reaching someone at the front desk, but they always got back to me and it was totally worth it. ~Lauren

I started pelvic therapy with Lauren about six months ago. I was given one on one time with my practitioner and I never felt that she was rushed doing her wonderful gentle work. She gave me tools and exercises to continue therapy at home and educated me about the issues that effected my condition. I enjoyed her way of thinking outside the box and her professional demeanor. I whole heartedly recommend her for your pelvic therapy needs. ~Elham

Caution due to fraud !!! I went to buy 4 gift cards for employees @ $50 each but my credit card was charged ($250) as if I had 5 cards or one card had $100. There was a hiccup when their employee was loading the cards that the employee told the boss about. When I went back and talked to the manager DJ, he said it was my problem as he didn't believe that I didn't get 5 cards or $250 worth of gift cards...Huhhh??? The employee had told DJ about the problem. DJ said I can call Chevron because it isn't his problem, it's mine. There are more details to the extent DJ has gone through to avoid resolving this, but this is a brief summary. ~Randy

The food shop is a bit small, but overall the places is really clean outside and inside. I'm not sure about the bathroom, but that wouldn't be this places fault. I decided to rate this place because the employee there was amazing. His name is Fred and I hope he gets recognized. So kind and he made a stop at a gas station memorable lol. ~Neariah

I sadly regret I ever opened an account with this bank. They seem to be the most ignorant when I ask questions, they're grossly unavailable either by email, or phone and even when I do a walk in to expedite transactions I have to wait... always put on hold or waiting for someone to call, text or answer my emails. Even when I go to the bank, I STILL have to make an appointments to come back. The person that opened my account in the first place is either not there, and another time, was too busy to help me deposit over $200,000.00 into an IRA account. If I owned this bank I would fire personnel, and only hire people who are trained, experienced and care about customer service. ~Louis

Nathan always gets me in, and as an English chap, understands when I tell him something’s wonky. Charley did my service today AND figured out my lighter fuse was out (which was why my charger wasn’t working) Brighten can work his magic on a porsche engine blindfolded, but I’m relieved Guy doesn’t allow it. Speaking of Guy, always makes time to chat me up while I’m there and let me know I’m appreciated. Car repairs are stressful, but having a shop that you trust, is fair value, and treats you kindly, makes it a rewarding experience.
