I was a victim of Malpractice, In September 2021 I went in for a flu shot and was giving a different vaccine up to this day I'm still suffering with the consequences ..😔 nothing has been done.. I was passed on to a third party insurance who has so many lawsuits against them..it's really sad and unfortunate to be used like this.

I came to pick up some meds prior to my orthodontic procedure and I was told to come back about 20-30 minutes and it should be ready. I told them I'll be back in an hour because I had another appt. So I did, but waited another 10 in line and when called I was told to wait again and it'll be ready soon... an hour after still wasn't ready. I regret choosing this pharmacy. Avoid as much as possible.

There pharmacy is horrible no reason it should be 30 people in line waiting to pick up medication they call tell you that your stuff is ready get there it’s not even cleared yet by the pharmacist!

I hate this pharmacy so much. They say they order my medicine, it'll come tomorrow, I come tomorrow, they say they don't have it. This goes on for a few weeks. I constantly have to call my insurance provider because Walgreens gives me all these excuses and finally my insurance said GO TO ANOTHER PHARMACY!

The pharmacy portion: Terribly slow. I wish I could give less stars. I hate when my prescriptions accidentally get sent here. I’d like to blame this on being short staffed but even at full capacity and several people behind the counter, they are slow. Be prepared to wait days for refill requests and an hour plus in the prescription pick up line. I purposely divert prescriptions from this location but there are times when it’s sent here because it’s the closest to my house. We turn our cars off in the drive through because of how incredibly slow it is. The people who work in the convenience section are great and I have never had slow service but the pharmacy itself of poorly managed and poorly run. No one cares what they are doing or how fast they go. It’s taken a week to get my prescription once.

Walgreens Website: Pharmacy closes at 1:30 PM for a meal break. Me: Arrives at 1:10 PM. Pharmacy: *closed* Me: —__— But honestly, this location is fine for everything else. I also never had a bad experience when the pharmacy was actually open.

Do not do your FedEx drops offs here. I was returning an iPhone and the package arrived to Apple empty. Huge headache having to call the Police & Apple support. Luckily they eventually refunded me.

They don’t. Even deserve a star my moms who’s been out of her medicine has needed for weeks and they don’t help people standing in line and don’t ever answer phones and just pick up and place you on hold! They also close the drive through while you been waiting for a hour!!! Hate this place transferred all my family’s medicine out!!!!! They pick up phone without saying anything and place you on hold! Who the heck is the manager of this place!!!!?????

This place is highly disorganized and mismanaged. The pharamcy drive thru was not open for my test / appointment and nobody inside the store responds to phone calls. They just put you on hold and hang up. Poor customer service! And nobody inside the pharmacy or front desk knows what's going when coming to administer the tests in a timely manner. They finally opened the drive thru 45mins after my appointment slot to adminster the drive thru test. Honestly, clowns could do a better job!

This pharmacy opened up 10 minutes late and the employees moved like snails once it finally opened late! Moreover there was a huge line of about 20 people waiting to be helped and yet only one person came to the front to assist customers. The employee who called the first person in line to the front then proceeded to get her area cleaned forcing the customers she called up to wait an additional 5 minutes after she called them up. I notice one of the customers called was elderly and had to sit due to her age and yet was made to stand for 5 minutes until the Walgreens employee was ready to help her after being called up.
