I came in at this store early in the morning (around 6am) before heading to work. After five minutes inside, I was about to leave when this old man walked inside and went straight to the counter. I was surprised to see him as a 7-11 associate. Because prior to entering, I saw him outside of the store with another old guy drinking and smoking (I thought they were homeless). When I saw him at the inside counter, I asked if he could check my lotto tickets. He said that I didn't win anything and that I should complain to the lottery office after I informed him that I thought i won. I was surprised on his answer especially when he insisted on I should go to the lottery office and complain. So, I asked for my tickets back. At first, he resisted. After telling him that I will complain him, he gave me back my tickets. I noticed that there was the word "cashed" printed on them. Upon leaving, he handed me two scratch tickets and said that they were mine. I told him that I thought I didn't win based on what he said earlier, he just shrugged off his shoulders. I think that this "associate", not even wearing proper uniform and drinking and smoking during his work shift should be banned at the store. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for his name. I also noticed during my five-minute waiting there when I first came in that the store was dirty. I was going to get coffee but was discouraged to what I have seen. There was an intent of cheating and stealing lottery ticket winnings. I don't know if he has done it before but I would like for the management of this store to stop him, it might not just be me. And if it's just me, he's starting it, and it is still wrong. ~Dyreen

The pharmacy portion: Terribly slow. I wish I could give less stars. I hate when my prescriptions accidentally get sent here. I’d like to blame this on being short staffed but even at full capacity and several people behind the counter, they are slow. Be prepared to wait days for refill requests and an hour plus in the prescription pick up line. I purposely divert prescriptions from this location but there are times when it’s sent here because it’s the closest to my house. We turn our cars off in the drive through because of how incredibly slow it is. The people who work in the convenience section are great and I have never had slow service but the pharmacy itself of poorly managed and poorly run. No one cares what they are doing or how fast they go. It’s taken a week to get my prescription once. ~Emily

If you need filipino chicherias and other goodies and you want the feel of buying in a "tindahan", this is the place for you. Like literally just like how we do it back in the Philippines. They have ice candy, penoy, balut, etc. The owner, ate Lili is very welcoming and accommodating, super friendly. She will have "PARES" (on saturdays) and CHICKEN INASAL (on fridays) soon. Will definitely come back for more ICE CANDY 😂.. ~Miles

I call medications into this pharmacy for patients frequently and have only had positive experiences. ~Cameron

The manger "Ron" was rude and unprofessional, he made me feel like I was nothing. For missing a phone call. Will not be returning. ~Jair
