Mike was awesome. No pressure, knowledgeable, honest. The manager Reza was also very nice. The whole buying experience took 3.5 hours with a test drive. Financing took a while to get in, like an hour, but only took 20 minutes when the process finally started. No upcharges except for a service contract that I did get because of the tech in the car. Besides the wait for financing to start, everything was awesome. Would recommend Mike to all my friends!

Lawrence is amazing, he kindly showed us the vehicle we were interested in and took his time to show us the details of the car, let us test drive a couple of them, and get us a great deal in the car that we liked. Great options for nice, equiped, and luxurious vehicles. Thank you Reza Latifian (Sales Manager) and Jaqueline Pat (Internet Sales and Leasing) for the outstanding customer service! We had our children with us and they were taken care of too. It was a hot Saturday afternoon and we were provided plenty of water and stayed hydrated/cool inside the building. Reza and Jaqueline took good care of us. They patiently waited for us to decide on our purchase options and worked well with us.
