Sean who's been with QT since 2016 seems to think if your not standing directly in front of his cash register he doesnt need to assist you. Literally looked me right in the eyes helped the customer who just walked up to the register in front of him and then walked away. The cashier whom has incured 4 people waiting in "her" line had to ask Sean to come back and help and he attempted to help other people who had just walked up again, even though he saw I had been waiting there which the other person was stuck helping someone else. The customer had to inform him this other line had been waiting, and he frustratedly said come over here. I said you know I've been waiting for a while and you walked off and his response was that there's two lines. So unless your standing directly in front of Sean he thinks ok to ignore you unless a customer has to tell him who to help next. Way to go Sean, you know customer service so well! 👏👏👏👏

I got a Passion Fruit Sweet Tea here and it tasted like Apple Cider. I'm not kidding. I don't know what happened or what went wrong but that is absolutely disgusting. Especially for a place that doesn't even sell apple cider tea. So there is no reason my tea should taste like that.

Always very nice people, great quick service. Love their donuts. I go in there for a slushier every once in awhile.

Very busy, absolutely no customer service because of it. They take whoever is at the counter versus whoever waits in line. Their pumps are really old, so it doesn’t take the newer credit cards or bank cards. You have to go inside and guesstimate how much you want. Whatever you don’t put in your tank will be on your card within 5 to 10 business days. I run a small company and have 20 guys. Today I told all of them to go to Kum N Go on 131st and Memorial from now on. I’ll never spend my money there again. Kum N Go has twice the pumps and selection inside PLUS the customer service.

Covid-19 must be over. There at this store this afternoon. All employees seen while there were "No Masks Visible". One customer besides me with one on. No Masks on customers inside or out. Covid-19 must be over. Only sign of Covid was the tattered 6' distancing stickers on the floor. Whew, I thought it was still around.
