My family and I have been First Bank customers for over 15 years. They are locally owned and it shows in how they treat their customers. The South Colorado Blvd branch is outstanding. Customer service is great, knowledgeable staff, and I cannot say enough positive things about ALL of our experiences with First Bank.

not sure why everyone is hating on this branch. i walked in the other day to open a couple accounts and was immediately greeted by Steven and Kelsey. They were both informative, polite and helpful. It took a few minutes to get everything set up, but overall I am super pleased with my experience so far.

I signed up for a card online. I then went and deposit money in to the account and was told I should receive a card in 7-10 business days. I still haven't received it and it's been 20 days. When I called customer service they informed me that no one put an order in for my card to be sent out. They suck and I don't recommend this location!!!

Reopened an account here because of GREAT experiences at the Smokey Hill and Wadsworth locations but this branch is by far the worst; worst in customer service, worst in management, I could go on. The woman who opened my account acted like she was doing me a favor then I go through the drive up to withdraw cash and another woman chastised me for using the wrong form. All of 1st banks has a Google rating of barely 3.0 maybe 3.3 but I am pissed this location even has a 2.7. I'm closing my account and taking what I have to a Bank Of America, at least when I walk in there in scrubs I'm not treated like I don't belong.

This place is a joke they had me fill out their form. I called the branch and then the loan department (200$ promo deal was being run buy this department(mistake))! Then they told me to come in with 10$ to open and a id card when i come in they tell me they wanna see my social security card?!?!?! What kind of joke bank is this. Stay away from these morons.

Worse than any big bank i have dealt with. I opened several accounts with them and the person helping me forgot to send me checks or a check card for each of my accounts. They apologized but that doesn't make up for the time it took to call them four times to straighten things out. Also, their "free" checking is not free. They charge $10 a year for a check card. I have an additional "minimum balance" checking account that they repeatedly used bogus fees to push me below the minimum balance and then would charge me the monthly maintenance fee for not maintaining the minimum balance. When I called to rectify this situation the employees acted like they couldn't care less about the issue or the fact that I wanted to change banks.
