This branch had the best experience of any bank that I've been to. I had made an appointment to open a business bank account and was new to this bank so it really blew me away having such a great experience. The staff was friendly when I came in and I had to wait less than a minute for Trish, the person who helped me open my business account. Trish was extra helpful and informative when walking me through the whole process, her energy was also extra inviting, that made me feel comfortable to ask questions that were questions that I imagine a good chunk of people have but are afraid to ask in fear of looking silly. The thing that I liked most about my interaction here is actually Trish sharing a story herself when she was young, she had made a mistake that was a learning lesson for her that she related to one of the questions I was asking. This branch was the bees knees and although I live by closer US bank branches, I will go out of my way to come to this one because I loved the service here. Oh and if you choose to get the bonus when opening a new business account, you might want to check the fine print instead of just going in and expecting the amount in your account right away, there is terms and conditions, make sure you have your ducks in a row before complaining that they arent giving you your bonus, if you do you'll be peachy.

Tried to get documents notarized. Employee said all US Bank branches are renewing their notaries at the same time and referred us to UPS. Dump US bank and doing all banking at Navy Federal Credit Union.

I was lied to about the account bonus of $600. Now they have me direct depositing into there bank $5000 or more a month and they got it for free after tricking me to open an account and not forking up the $600 to open a new account. There such a bad bank they have to offer people $600 to open account and then they stiff you. Unethical liars. NO ONE EVER OPEN A ACCOUNT WITH THEM THERE UNETHICAL LIARS

Hector and the bank manager spent time with me counseling about fraud. And it took some time to change all my accounts . So very grateful for the fine service.

Absolutely terrible wait times with the drive-through. Many other businesses are finding safe ways to open with social distancing and wearing masks and unless they can fix the drive-through this is unsustainable. The last five times I have come to the bank I’ve had to wait over 25 minutes in the drive-through! Today it was 40 minutes. There’s no way to designate whether the person in front of you is a commercial customer who needs to do multiple transactions and change orders. I have brought this to the banks attention many times and they do nothing to improve the experience.

The drive through wait time was over an hour today from the time I got in line to the time I left. There were only 7 cars serviced in that time. Cars started turning around due to the long wait times and long line and people started honking behind. We have been in the Covid crisis for over 5 months now and this bank has had ample time to make whatever changes internally they need to do to provide services that are reasonably accessible for their customers. Maybe having more staff on hand to service the drive up would be a good idea. I will not be using this branch ever again. Also note that there were no measures to provide any safety to customers from Covid transmission as all the tubes, buttons, pens etc are touched by so many people throughout the day and the bank provides no sanitation of these items. How about at least providing cleaning wipes like the grocery stores do for carts?

US Bank has completely let their customers down during the COVID crisis. Last I knew banking is considered essential. They closed down most locations, including all the ones that had convenient hours to working individuals, kept only drive throughs open and instead of then expanding hours at those drive throughs to accommodate demand they shrunk what were already notoriously unfriendly hours!!! What? What safety benefit accrues to a drive in employee or a customer by shrinking drive through hours to 9.40am-4.00pm at far fewer locations - meaning they have snaking lines all day? This makes no sense and really reminds me how incredibly old school banks are and how little innovation and customer service orientation they have. Did US Bank leaders view COVID as a way to reduce hours/labor costs??? I arrived at 3.59pm one day to an employee standing guard at the drive through shooing cars away. Today I arrived at 9.28am to car lines 6 cars deep where they are processing customer transactions at a rate of one per 15 minutes! It’s 9.50am and I just reached the kiosk where nobody greeted me or answered my calls. Worst bank ever!!! As soon as the COVID dust settles we are taking our bank and loan elsewhere.

I’ve always been treated like family including my 84 y/o mother not only by the tellers and drive thru personnel but the branch manager. My mother can’t walk and is disabled and the branch manager took all of his IT equipment out to the parking lot for her to sign documents. To me he went way beyond his job description. Thank you

Don't bank here! I've been banking here for almost five years and it's been a headache. I have gotten a significant number of hefty overdraft fees from going sometimes 10-20 cents over what I have. It's a $35 overdraft fee + you don't get a notice of it in the mail till exactly one week later when they charge you a second overdraft fee for the same 10-20 cent overage. The tellers are ALL GREAT. Extremely nice. The management and personal bankers are lack luster. If you have funds available, be ready to not be able to actually use the cash.... I had cashed a check one day prior and it was considered cleared as far as online banking said yet the management told me I couldn't access my money for another two to three days. The management lacks all knowledge of customer service. They just wan't to charge you overdrafts and rack up interest payments from your credit card.

I had a great experience today over the phone with Branch Manager, Jared. I had a complicated issue that took quite a bit of work on Jared's end to sort out but lo and behold, he pulled through. I was pretty stressed out about the situation but Jared remained patient with me. I thank him for the extra effort he put in to make the transaction work. I've been a US Bank customer for over 15 years- it's situations like these that keep me a loyal customer.
