Some frustrations with Chase branches in general not answering the phone and the prompter stating you have to call back. They need to fix that. But on one of the occasions they did answer, I spoke to Janet Holt who is incredibly friendly and helpful- especially regarding my small business. She also sent me her info so I could call her direct for future assistance. This is why it helps to have a contact, especially at a big bank.

This is by far the worst Chase branch you can go to..Pretentious investments manager that seems to believe if you aren’t working with millions then you aren’t worth her time. She literally said she only worked with 10 million and up. All I needed was an account opened to transfer my direct deposits over because of fraudulent activity on my original account. Zero customer service, probably should be re-trained extensively 2 bankers for a Friday, high foot traffic area. Makes no sense, so not only is the customer service lacking, but also the management skills. Chase, you can do better.

HORRIBLE! AS an existing customer of this bank for over 5 years, it took me two trips and an hour of my time to open and additional savings account. My "banker" Ben was confused on how to close an account and transfer it into a new savings account. I had to return the next day so that Zack could transfer money from one account into the new account. I needed two forms of ID plus a text number from my phone. All I wanted to do get get the account closed and money transferred into the another account I opened yesterday. Ben and Zack were very polite but they had no idea why this made me unhappy and why it was was inconvenient. Now, I have to bring a certificate of trust to have it added to my account. Three trips for a simple savings account for an existing customer. This bank has more than enough business. Do your business elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.

Great customer service, and I did not have to wait at all. Very friendly and professional staff. Douglas was an amazing assistant. Everything was done under 15 minutes.

Bank is great during business hours, other than metered parking - so be ready for that. Cassandra, an excellent Financial Advisor was literally the MOST helpful banker I’ve ever sat down with. She spent over an hour out her busy schedule to help advise me on offerings and account options from Chase and even added a personal, friendly touch in conversation. Definitely going back for all ATM withdrawals and any advice about my Chase accounts (you need your Debit Card to open the doors to the ATM after hours).

Worst customer service I’ve ever received from Chase. Went to deposit cash into the ATM and it said there was issue with the deposit. The money didn’t reflect on my account and when I went to talk to rep they not only refused to help, but accused me of lying to trying to steal money from the bank? The deposit wasn’t much, but not only did I lose the money, I was accused of being a thief in the same transaction.

Why are chase bank employees so snobby? They act like they're doing me a favor when I make a deposit and act like I'm inconveniencing them when I make a withdrawal. The female teller manager needs to be fired.

Worst bank ever! They don't honor checks written from their own bank. JP Morgan was a crook and nothing much has changed. Horrible customer service!!
