The ATM is inside the lobby and not accessible after 5pm M-Thur. There was only one drive through ATM accessible, the other had an empty car parked in its spot. Wells Fargo has always been frustrating but they just really can’t get it right at all…

This place is extremely slow, they shut down their drive through so it’s even slower. A deposit will take about 15-20 minutes for some wild reason so if you’re in a rush go elsewhere or opt in for night drops.

I don’t know why only Wells Fargo in Denver is not open Saturdays but it’s super inconvenient for those of us who do not have a vehicle. Just another reason to leave Wells Fargo after 10 years of being unsatisfied

Customer service is lacking. Silvia helped me. This branch only gives one roll of quarters. I would recommend going to other branches.

Just left this bank. I arrived at 2:25 pm. I stood in front of Patricia’s window for ten minutes while she talked to the other teller, she then sent me to the other teller,Silvia. Silvia started helping me, then she walked away without saying a word. I didn’t get waited on, I had to leave. I am getting use to having bad experiences at most Wells Fargo branches, but this was ridiculous. If I could give a negative number it would be a negative ten. If they don’t want any African American customers, they should have just told me and I would have just left.

Terrible. Can’t think of a worse banking experience. Nobody answers the phone. Employees are extremely rude. If the location in conifer wasn’t so great I would have been gone a long time ago. I have a lot of money in their accounts and will be moving it to another bank ASAP. They don’t even try to be nice or help out. Hire new managers who can train new employees not to be awful at customer service. GOODBYE.

This place is horrible. Go to any other Wells Fargo location if you can. I called ahead to ensure that this branch can handle my banking needs and they said yes, I show up and wait for half an hour before being told they actually can't. They always redirect to the Broadway location which also hasn't been open when they've told me it is. No empathy, no apologies. Just a complete waste of my time. Avoid them for anything that involves human interaction.

After too many horrible customer experiences, its time to call it quits. Wells Fargo needs to close up shop and get out of Colorado - your are no longer welcome, you've done nothing but harm to your clients and your employees - GET OUT!!

Why even have a branch here?? Called ahead and they said come by. Get there and it’s drive through only. Redirect to another branch and they couldn’t care less if you’re inconvenienced. Just close it permanently or get staff that actually gives a darn.
