I went to the Wells Fargo on Dartmouth and Sheridan. I met with Personal Banker Tonya Martinez. Tonya was very pleasant, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I was a little stressed about an expired cashier check and her professionalism calmed me down. She knew exactly what to do to help me and if she didn't have the answers she quickly found the answers. Use the ATM to get cash. The money comes our and I recieved a badly ripped 20 dollar bill. Go inside to have it exchanged and told they don't have cash on site. Was instructed to drive 17th and Sheridan to have them replace it. Never experienced anything like this. Highly recommend avoiding this location. Terrible service as well. The lady seemed hardly concerned. You owe gas money chase. ~matt

This is by far the worst Chase branch you can go to..Pretentious investments manager that seems to believe if you aren’t working with millions then you aren’t worth her time. She literally said she only worked with 10 million and up. All I needed was an account opened to transfer my direct deposits over because of fraudulent activity on my original account. Zero customer service, probably should be re-trained extensively 2 bankers for a Friday, high foot traffic area. Makes no sense, so not only is the customer service lacking, but also the management skills. Chase, you can do better. ~Peter

As I was having lunch today with a colleague who was searching for a small but reputable bank to migrate an online account to as his growing business isn't just him in his garage on weekends its now a brick and mortar shop with 2 employees, Bank of Denver has ended up on the short list. There's one nagging question...why no respond to Alexs review about the sudden departure from a long standing practice of no holds on known deposits from a long known customer? ~Martin

Had a pretty awful experience with German today. He was not friendly and all, and it really seems like he didn't want to do the transaction with me. I left mid transaction because of his terse demeanor and poor customer service. I would recommend finding a different branch to use. ~Cain

Fired an employee after the employee made mistakes, but offered minimal training and only criticism. Not even constructive criticism. Supervisor favors an employee who causes issues with everyone within the department. Attempted to fire another employee who had an unruly customer which caused her to be distressed. After she asked for help from her supervisor they berated her a caused her to cry. I think they're firing people to hire new people at lower rates. Beware. ~Joe

The ATM is inside the lobby and not accessible after 5pm M-Thur. There was only one drive through ATM accessible, the other had an empty car parked in its spot. Wells Fargo has always been frustrating but they just really can’t get it right at all… ~Gosha

Ordered foreign currency for a trip. I was told when I arrived to pick up the money to sign for it. Because I didn't know the exchange rate I believed that all the money was there. On my trip I immediately discovered I received less than half the funds. After weeks of disputing they claim there's nothing they can do because I signed. I paid over twice the value of the currency to ultimately pay their fees and error. They can't be trusted. The way I see it they stole my money, how does a bank make this kind of error and then refuse to fix it if it was unintentional? ~Bonnieli

So, Kristina’s review is grossly inaccurate and makes me believe that she has a personal vendetta against Chase. And it actually wouldn’t surprise me to learn that her name is actually Karen. I’ve worked and banked with Chase. I am personally quite familiar with this branch and can tell you with certainty that they have more money than she and any subsequent lineage will see in their lifetime. I frequent this location and regularly get change orders for laundry quarters. The staff are always courteous and friendly and as accommodating as possible, considering the insane number of patrons who walk through their doors wearing their entitlement like a rusted badge of honor. This location services a large portion of the wealthy residents of Cherry Creek. And many of their regulars, including myself will tell you that this location is far more than meets the eye. So for Kristina to make such ludicrous claims is both laughable and embarrassing for her. ~Danni

I've been baking with this bank for over 10 years my id and card was stolen took the police report and explained I don't have an id or a card and need a new card and got told we can't help. I can understand if I never go into the bank but every 2 weeks I'm in there they wouldn't even look at the police report Once I can get my stuff transferred I'm leaving canvas worse bank ever and the manger is worthlees. Stay away from this bank. ~Ashley
