Best loan agency in Denver, Colorado (CO) 2024

I've been baking with this bank for over 10 years my id and card was stolen took the police report and explained I don't have an id or a card and need a new card and got told we can't help. I can understand if I never go into the bank but every 2 weeks I'm in there they wouldn't even look at the police report Once I can get my stuff transferred I'm leaving canvas worse bank ever and the manger is worthlees. Stay away from this bank. ~Ashley

Go to another location is you have Canvas CU. I came in, needed a teller.. there were two tellers, neither were available to help, I had to wait for 10 min.. they never welcomed me in, they just talked between each other, and acted as if I didn’t exist. Like there were no customers, no line, two tellers, and nobody would help me. Whhhaattt? I ended up walking out, not getting what I came in for.. not convenient, not professional, not friendly! Run from this place! ~yelena
