Go to another location is you have Canvas CU. I came in, needed a teller.. there were two tellers, neither were available to help, I had to wait for 10 min.. they never welcomed me in, they just talked between each other, and acted as if I didn’t exist. Like there were no customers, no line, two tellers, and nobody would help me. Whhhaattt? I ended up walking out, not getting what I came in for.. not convenient, not professional, not friendly! Run from this place!

Don't bother. Supposed to be in-network for Denver Community Credit Union, but couldn't be bothered to get us cash, quarters, or anything else when we stopped by, didn't seem to know anything about the credit union network or anything else, and were generally uninterested in helping. Is this a real business or some kind of tax write-off scam? Whatever, don't waste your time.

Applied for an auto loan, they said everything looks good and would contact me within 24 hours to finalize paperwork. I never even got a response if I was approved or what the next step would be. It’s ok though, I got a loan from a different bank that was half the % interest rate they were offering, and lower monthly payments. I would not recommend Canvas Credit Union

I would just like to say my experience at this branch was the best banking experience of my life. Mallory is a great branch manager and made my loan process smooth and efficient. Lisa in loans was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Together they made my loan experience as good as it could be. I'd recommended this bank/branch to anyone seeking polite & professional bank service. Thanks ladies!

DO NOT BANK HERE. I wish I read the review to see what I was getting into. I wasted so many hours of my life on the phone with these people that I will never get back. You would think banking is easy how can they mess this up, well give them a shot and find out for yourself!!

I am a member of another credit union and visited this branch for a cashier's check. I ended up having to call my credit union to get some things straightened out, and even though this branch was understaffed today everyone was very pleasant and incredibly helpful in making sure I got what I needed!

Worst. I would give a negative stars if I could. 1.APR They would speak about their low APR on the credit card, but never would about their high minimal payment. At lease never in my case. 2. Collateral Protection Insurance coverage I feel probably this is the most sketchy thing at canvas. They would add a 100 dollar on your loan if the vehicle doesn't have a full coverage on it. It tells about it on the contract so tiny but does not tell about how much the fee is, and the banker would never talk about it too. At least never in my case. I have been paying my loan at the bank but none of the workers told me that the fee was getting added to my loan until I found it out myself after a year, even I was walking in to the bank at least twice a month. They told me that they send out a letter about it, but who would pay attention to a letter when they have asked all the letters to be sent electronically through an email ? And somehow they would send you this information only in a letter with no reasonable reason. All I heard from them was "because that's the way we do it". And it will take almost forever to have them process this problem comparing to how fast they take money from you. This department needs more people to handle this problem if they are continuing this business in the way they are. However, its harder to talk to them now. It took me over 2 weeks to have a refund but that was just a part of what they have taken from me. 3. Poor customer service They are so late even with what they've said they would do it as fast as possible or sometime never do it. I asked them couple things for me about the Collateral protection insurance but they never did until I walked into the bank a few days later.

I had a car loan, which I paid off exceedingly fast...always on time, etc. They insisted on me opening a savings account using $5.00. No problem. However, because it was "inactive" they closed the account and changed me $5.00 for closing it...without letting me know. Ummm...savings accounts are not supposed to be really active last time I checked. Can't beleive a bank can even do this! Seems unethical to say the least.

I've always had awesome service here, from genuinely decent folks, whether for my personal banking or small business banking. Been a member for several years now and I'll never leave them. And knowing that my money is going through a credit union instead of Wells Fargo sets my mind at ease. Grateful to do business with real people and have that money go better places.
