Completely satisfying experience! Rena was very sweet and helpful. I came loaded with several questions and she helped with all of them. The rest of the team seemed to be professional and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend this location!

Only had to go in twice but both times were the best experience I’ve ever had for a bank! Rena was extremely helpful!!

This place is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. If you’ve been robbed or the victim of fraud it’s even worse. They’re the absolute worst when it comes to helping people that bank with them. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Going to refinance my vehicles and shut down my personal and business accounts ASAP.

This is the best credit union! They truly go above and beyond for all of their clients! Not only do they provide exceptional customer service if you go into any of the branches, but I was pretty stressed out trying to get a personal loan to repair my car and pay down some credit cards and they put my mind to ease and helped me get approved for my personal loan. They answered all of my questions, and we’re very straightforward and easy to deal with! Huge thanks to Stephany and Angelo you guys rock!

I went in this morning to open a checking and savings account and within the first 5 minutes, I was told that my address wasn't good enough to open an account. I am currently homeless and working. I have a mailing address that has worked to register my car so why it doesn't work to open an account is beyond me. I DO NOT recommend this institution to anyone. It doesn't pay to be snobby when you're dealing with someone else's money. I was sort of in a rush because I had several things to do before I went into work. There was a 10 minute wait just to be called back to hear junk information when I was the only non employee in the bank. I left pretty irritated and called the credit union a piece of crap and I apologize for that.

My husband and I joined CU of CO shortly after moving to Colorado. We have had wonderful experiences with the staff l who have been very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. They treat us like humans and not just a number. My only complaint is that because they do so much business, the lines at the tellers can be a little long. Maybe there's a larger space and more tellers in their future!

I re-financed an auto loan here. The first time I went into the Credit Union to link another bank account to pay my bill, I was told I couldn't do that. I tried again a couple weeks later and the teller was able to do it. Great rates and friendly staff.

I opened multiple accounts here today and must say the experience was an absolute delight. Heather helped me find various ways to save money and was extremely knowledgeable about every single product the credit union offered. She took her time with me and the many questions I brought with me and was an all around pressure free experience. This really put an emphasis on why doing business with a local credit union banking establishment is far superior than a large corporate entity. I'll recommend CU of CO and sing their praises for many many moons.

***WARNING- DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH ATM*** Preface: I rarely write reviews, and when I do they are because I am extremely impressed, not because I have had a bad experience, but I am so shaken by what happened here that I felt I needed to warn others. I am a member of another credit union I joined in another city who has been so great that I have stuck with them even though it means for daily transactions I need to use member branches to get things taken care of. I have loved the credit union network and NEVER had any problems with any other credit unions, and this is not an issue with credit unions in general but rather this specific branch/credit union. I deposited $1000 in cash to this ATM, it was counted incorrectly by $20 by the machine and so I cancelled the transaction and the machine gave me an error message without giving my money back. This was a Sunday so I called back first thing Monday morning to advise what happened (both to my credit union and Colorado Credit Union). My credit union issued me a provisional credit, but 3 weeks later called back to let me know this Colorado Credit Union branch had finally responded to the dispute saying their ATM had balanced and there was no missing money. I immediately went to this Colorado Credit Union branch and asked to speak with the manager who was not there (nor was there an assistant manager or anyone with any information), and I was told (in the politest way possible) to pound sand and that the ATM cameras would not be able to identify anything and I was out of luck. I called back to my credit union to advise of the situation and letting them know I would need to file a police report, and my credit union advised they would eat the loss if necessary (so admirable and appreciated) but the issue is that either Colorado Credit Union "lost" $1000 of cash or more likely (and frightening) the employee who checked the ATM stole the overage from the ATM. Banks and Credit Unions are where we go to put our money knowing it will be safe. I bank with a credit union because I trust a local operation to have my best interest in mind vs. the large banks which have proven on more than one occasion to put profits first, and it was so unsettling to be told by Colorado Credit Union that there was simply "nothing they could do." I highly suggest that anyone currently or prospectively looking to bank with Colorado Credit Union consider another credit union, as although this may have been a one off situation, the fact that $1000 disappears and they do not have any answers for me is an indication of a larger issue with the institution.

I was extremely impressed with the quick turnaround the Credit Union of Colorado was capable of. In less than an hour Heather had my auto loan ready to go. The interest rate was very low, and the expertise was impeccable.
