Been with these folks a couple years. They've helped me get back on track with a lot. Very receptive. Very genuine. Whether it be online, via phone, or in person, I have had great experiences. Would have given them like 50 stars but no lemon bars or espressos in the lobby. so sad.

I was transferred 5 times. No one helped us. My fiduciary went there after I told them he was, about a check rejected , they refused to help, would not even look at his paperwork, plus more. Offended me. I am looking to change. I do not like the use of home workers who do not have access to our info.

I came in for a personal loan/Car loan consultation yesterday, As soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed by the employees. my banker consultant was Cynthia Trujillo, And not only did she take her time with breaking everything down for me, but gave me a lot of valuable and educational information, and advise. That no other bank has ever done. I live up North and have a branch 5 minutes away, I will continue to come to this specific location where my needs were met, because that left a lasting impression. Thankyou Ms. Cynthia for going above and beyond my expectations. :)

Overall, my experience of setting up an auto loan with CUofCO has been smooth and easy. However, ever since I met with a member at this branch to get it established & give payment methods, the ball got dropped. The autopayment did not actually get set up and communication was lost. I then received calls with confusion on why it hadn't been paid yet. Without fully explaining what happened or what the next step was going to be, I was charged and then charged again a week later on my due date which was very inconvenient in my case.

Worst location for customer service. Every time I've had to use this location their customer service is terrible. I arrived at 11:50 to open 2 minor accounts for my 2 teenagers and an IRA and was told I could not open the accounts because they were servicing their last appointment and they close at 1:00. I opened my account almost 10 years ago at the Logan location and don't remember it taking over an hour to do. I would recommend ANY other location.

CUofCO sends my mortgage invoice 1 week before due. I mail back payment as soon as received thus giving the given time back to receive. Yet CUofCO routinely enters my pmt after the due date thus running up interest charges!

Update: I’ve now asked them twice more to send me a debit card and still have gotten nothing. That’s three months now I’ve had an account with them and no card, so I’ll be going in to close my account. I really wanted to like this place, but I’ve had nothing but trouble trying to get a debit card from them. They said they’d mail it to me after I finished setting up an account, but after several weeks I followed up and they said they had forgotten to send it and would send it out right away. It’s been several weeks again and I’ve still gotten nothing and they keep telling me to wait for it.

I love this place!!! Everyone who works at this credit union are just amazing and friendly. Service is great. Only issue I have is I've been having trouble calling to check my balance. I get a blank sound and after a few minutes a busy ring tone.
