If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a Fraud alert with my card. The WAY the manager handled it was Unprofessional and Ignorant. Good customer service is treating people with respect! That did not happen here.

Why isn't your lobby open? So irritating you can't maintain normal business hours. Think I will switch banks

Stephanie, is the weakest link. She is the least helpful person at this branch. I would rather eat glass and play in traffic than to deal with her.

Waiting thru the drive through for 15 min. Take customers as they show up. We are all equally important. Bad management at this branch.

They were fine when they were open. But today I went there to access papers in my safe deposit box and the bank is closed; left only a note on the door that they are "temporarily closed". No idea when they would be open again. No info on how I can get to my records I need to access.

Absolutely AWFUL bank to deal with. I sent a secure message about an issue with my account nearly a month ago with no response. This morning I tried to call the national customer service and waited on hold over 45 minutes, only to have the them say no one could be reached and hang up on me without talking to anyone. Then I called into this branch who were equally unhelpful getting erronious fees refunded on my account. One of the worst banks I've ever had an account with and I've worked with a ton. STAY AWAY.

DONT BANK HERE! I am pretty sure they are doing some illegal stuff behind the scenes. On the debit and credit cards I got from Bank of the West, the customer service numbers are wrong. They give you two numbers and neither is active. The Customer service number online takes you to a Walmart Pharmacy number not bank of the west. I’m trying to dispute a few transactions because someone has my debit card number somehow. And it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. I am beyond disgusted with this bank and I actually believe they are the ones stealing from me. TAKE THIS AS A WARNING!

Ive had great interactions with this branch in the past but for some reason today was definitely a let down for me. I may never go back to this branch. I was there during an altercation between two employees where one was berating the other for a dress code violation and their voices were echoing through the lobby and to all the people waiting in line. It was very unprofessional. If they had an issue they should have discussed it between closed doors and not shared the drama with the employees or the customers. It makes me question the management here at this location. If someone spoke to me at my place of employment in that way I would have walked out, plain and simple. The manager should have handled that alot better and I think she needs to be disciplined.

With all the one star reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has had lots of trouble with this awful bank. They like to justify bogus fees, so watch out. The manager Larson actually told me he told me he knows where I live. He said a bunch of other things as well that could only be described as "trolling," in which the things are said with the sole purpose of inciting anger in another. Not sure why they feel the need to charge bogus fees. Maybe they are hurting for money. When I went to close my account, there was an old man arguing with them about his money, so this sort of thing seems to be a trend. Whatever is going on, I know I wouldn't feel safe with my money in their bank and am glad they don't have mine anymore. Update: I had to a better business bureau complete to get them to take any action. They still didn't admit their wrongdoing but refunded some of the bogus fees "as a courtesy."
