I love the product offerings at Vitamin Shoppe, but the in store customer service at this particular location is awful! Makes it hard to want to shop here anymore. Maybe it’s time to look elsewhere.

Typical Vitamin Shoppe layout and offerings. Had more men's multi-vitamins than I had seen before in a VS/Super Supps store. Wasn't impressed with their t-booster selection though. Will go back to check the store out a little more thoroughly.

Just showed up to the vitamin shoppe today. 1740 S Val Vista Dr, Mesa, AZ 85204 Both employees could not answer any simple question such as when is the 25% discount on the Gold Standard brand going to be valid. Did not seem interested in finding out for me neither. Terrible customer service today from the 2 employees working. March 26, 2022 @ 1:30 PM

The customer service is lacking I would not recommend this place. They do have a red variety of vitamins and stuff but I didn't care for the customer service at all.

Great customer service, product selection, and overall experience. The CBD tincture I bought is a great help with stress. Prices were comparable to market price, but with a military discount. Yay!

Well stocked supplement store and you can find anything you are looking for. The clerks are always helpful and some are quite savvy on which products are best.

I will not be returning to this particular Vitamin Shoppe location. The clerk did not really care about helping me and kept reminding me that he was shutting down the register about a minute and a half before closing to the point where I couldn't even look for what I was wanting to purchase and he was not willing to search for me. He was more concerned about getting me out of the store at closing. Never experience to set up Vitamin Shoppe previous to this and I've been to many. In fact watching him it's literally 803 and clerk just left as if he was in a hurry. I was going to spend my money here but not after this. I will not be back!

If I could give zero Stars I would. I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents (mid-70s) which went to the vitamin shoppe to purchase a multivitamin and probiotic. There's one employee there that is extremely unhelpful, rude, unfriendly, and refuses to provide any sort of customer service-ANDREW. I've actually called and complained about him four times already to a manager who assured me that they would take care of it which obviously they have not. Because when my parents went in they got stuck with ANDREW and he was extremely rude, did not welcome them nor ask how he could help, he would not even look up from his computer and take time away to go and help my parents find their products but merely said they might be Inthe fridge or on that shelf over there pointing in a random direction, he told my parents they don't even have their products yet my dad found what he needed after wandering around aimlessly for about 20 minutes, when he went to the till to purchase his items ANDREW ignored him and my dad had to find another employee there to ring the items up. This is unacceptable customer service and no one should be treated in this manner especially the elderly. My parents are extremely upset by this experience. They're actually not even ones to complain or make a big deal about things so the fact that they had said something to me and are very upset just goes to show how awful of experience was and how Andrew is completely disrespectful and rude.

Worst Vitamin Shoppe experience. I asked for something specific and I was pointed to the row where it might be. There was no further assistance therefore I returned items I was going to purchase with it and left. For your vitamin shopping I would recommend another store.
