Went there on Saturday 9/2/22 I made a return on a product and the gentleman with the detroit red wings hat on made it very diffult to make a return. He accused me of using and then returning it. I didn’t want to argue. I just told him. I bought yesterday (which I did) and the taste was terrible and it made my stomach distressed. I have been a big fan of GNC they are a little overpriced on somethings bit you get what you pay for in life. This team member unfortunately ruined my experience as a client. I will not be returning to this location. I’ve made a return before and I was always 110 percent satisfied. I hope he learns from this and receives direction from his management about future customer experiences. I also have to say- I was also very uncomfortable in the way he handled the situation. He did not say have a nice day after I said “have a nice day thank you for your help.” I hate being negative but I just hope this doesn’t happen to someone else down the road.

Brandon was awesome and extremely helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly. As someone just getting into fitness it can be intimidating but Brandon made it easy and comfortable.

We went in looking to buy some gifts for folks and we were somewhat lost knowing what to get exactly....but Bellisia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was EXTREMELY helpful and help answer our questions and make recommendations on the feedback we provided her. She was very knowledgeable and helped us get what we needed. Very helpful and a great visit.

Andre showed what it means to provide excellent customer service. He knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was located in the store. Offered a few suggestions and helped me with my email offer. It was one of the best experience I've had at a retail store.

Great staff. This location is somewhat convenient for me. The staff here has really gone above and beyond trying to keep stock of an item somewhat rare in this area. Rob and Tina are two very personable and gregarious people. They take time with every customer to help them and have their needs met.

Suppliments are sky high in price and counter guy gave me a hard time for not signing up for their GNC card... huge mistake running out of supplies and customer service was very poor once I didn't want staff recommendations and sign up for their card.. stay away.
