This CVS has always been a great store with great employees. The store is always well stocked and very clean. The pharmacy is always friendly and helpful as today Julie located and retrieved my medication to be filled immediately. Very happy CVS customer.

This CVS is nicely stocked with snacks and beverages; they even had some high end water brands like Voss. The aisles were also well-labeled and it was easy to navigate around the store. I was able to find everything I needed. At checkout, the cashier was efficient and friendly. The restrooms were decently clean, however in one stall- I did spot a spider...

Stay away. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My scripts I get every month are never are never there. One is for pain medication that anyone in the health industry knows a chronic pain patient can not go with out. We always stop in 2 days before picking them up to make sure they will have it . They always say no problem it will be here and every time they do not have the medication when I go to pick it up. There's a new pharmacist every couple months a very high turnover in employees. The pharmacist I dealt with today was rude and very uncaring. He told me it would be 3 days before they would have my medication. Totally inexcusable. We have been going to that store since it opened. Good riddance. We are switching pharmacy s. Read the reviews and you will see I'm not the only one treated poorly at this location. Stay away

The irregular and short hours kept by the pharmacy prevent working individuals from picking up needed pharmaceuticals in any timely way. Theyopen at 10:00 and close the pharmacy at 5:00 most days so for anyone working until six or 7 PM basically you need patronize someone else besides CVS

Please DO NOT use this specific CVS Store for any of your pharmacy needs. The staff is very inefficient and screw up your order more often than not. They claim they are under staffed but this has been their attitude for so many months. I am just hoping I will find a better CVS Store nearby.

I have used the same CVS pharmacy (on Bell and Scottsdale Rd) for almost five years to fill my child’s diabetic supplies without any issues. I reached out to my pharmacy to get a refill on her script and due to inventory they didn’t have her Omnipod pods in stock. Without hesitation the pharmacy staff located it nearby to this CVS, transferred the script, spoke to the Pharmacist to confirm, and then called me back to inform me when it would be ready. I drove 30 mins then decided to call prior to being there, kindly explained the situation to the gentleman in the pharmacy and he told me he’s been there since they opened and heard no such thing then proceeds to tell me I can pick it up when “he gets it ready.” I kindly asked him when that would be due to having to drive the distance and he said “it will be ready when he gets to it.” I’m appalled by the initial tone and customer service by this gentleman. He shouldn’t be working in a pharmacy with this type of behavior as many patients depend on their medication. Some patients life depends on it like my own daughter that has a chronic autoimmune disease. With the struggle we have to go through already we shouldn’t have to feel like someone like this is the middle man to saving her life. If you care about your life and your family I would strongly suggest to not come to this pharmacy. The CVS Pharmacy on Scottsdale and Bell Rd have amazing, caring staff. I absolutely appreciate the customer service from the staff at the other location. This Pharmacy should be trained by their staff and mgmt.

Oooff -- Avoid for Coronavirus Testing. We made two different appointments for two different patients and had exactly the same terrible customer service experience. Receiving instructions and completing the test takes about 3 minutes, yet we both spent in excess of 45 minutes past our appointment time as the person disbursing the tests slow played every move. It was like there was some sort of odd competition (or a scene from Candid Camera) to see how many unnecessary steps could be foisted upon the customer and then how long the customer could be made to wait until the next unnecessary step. Have had testing elsewhere with CVS -- the "slow play game" seems to be specific to this location.

I have had all I can stand from this pharmacy. I’ve been doing business at this location since they opened. The current assistant shouldn’t be around people. He has directly lied to me about sending in requests to my doctor on at least two occasions. They refused to fill medications claiming insurance wouldn’t allow it but after I had called my insurance company found out to be not true. If I could give them negative stars I would do that. I just switch to Walgreens.

Advertising for flu shots and even called to make sure. I got there and the pharmacist told me to go down to the drop off window. I step down to the window to have a tech tell me they are out and have a shipment coming in this evening. I understand supply and demand but why are you advertising it on your door and when calling in. I could have stopped at 2 other places on the way home but this was closest. Not reliable and will not use the pharmacy. Could still be a convenient location for toiletries and snacks.

My wife left her credit card at home and neither her debit or benefits card were working; the manager came up and bought her medicine with his own money. Amazing! Also, the pharmacy is our first choice in the community; they have good customer service and are quick and reliable.
