Received beautiful roses for my birthday and today is 7 days and they still look wonderful, I’ve never had roses last that long, quality product! I took pictures of when I received and just this morning to show how well they have lasted

As soon as I opened the door, two employees asked me to put on my mask. I told them I was ok not wearing it. They informed me that they recently had a Covid positive person. I asked if the person was there and the reply was no. Then I asked them if they were afraid of Covid and they quickly confirmed they were. I acknowledged it and said they should stay home since they were making me uncomfortable. The story about the positive Covid person was a lie. The neighboring businesses said they would all know. Their reaction to me was unfriendly. I have purchased from this store for 8+ years and they supplied two daughter’s weddings with flowers. I no longer need to buy from this florist especially since AJ’s flowers are just as nice. The arrangement I received was totally underwhelming for $75.

I stopped into the Carefree location and was helped by Tammy. She took this project on as if it were for her party. She helped me select the perfect flowers and design for both arrangements, as well as a very festive balloon bouquet. The Glendale store was the location that delivered to our address so Tammy worked closely with their designer to make sure they were just what we wanted. They delivered to our home exactly when promised and were absolutely gorgeous! 5 days later they still look and smell fantastic. I would add the pics but cannot figure out how to upload. Brilliant work Cactus Florist! 1800Flowers had been our national service provider for years, yet now, we will use Cactus Florist for all of our floral needs locally and nationally. Tiffany was wonderful, spending time on the phone with me and offering suggestions. The result was (according to my much-loved aunt, who was the recipient) "absolutely beautiful." Thank you, Tiffany, for suggesting lilacs and adding the peonies. It was a breath of midwestern spring for her. Highly recommended.
