I'm at the edible store 4611 E Chandler Blvd. Waited inside store for a few minutes no one came out of the back. I opened the front door a couple of times still no one came out the back. I knocked on the employee only door a woman came to the glass and gestured angrily. YOU SEE I'M ON THE PHONE! I waited another minute and left without any service. I wouldn't her to make anything for me now. I still have an online order to pick UGH 😫😩

Called to see about getting same day delivery. Woman who answered the phone said deliveries are cutoff for today and tomorrow. Before I could finish what I was say sing she said “sorry we can’t help you” and hung up. WOW!

I gave them another try after my bad experience last year. The manager is the most unfriendliest rudest person I have ever met. The same experience I had with her last year. She has no people skills and is very standoffish. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Ordered I love you sampler and some flowers to go with it; received a happy birthday balloon and bouquet of yellow lilies/roses. Nothing about the order says I love you. Recipient was very confused and almost refused the delivery because it was not their birthday. Emailed twice about the issue, no response.

Service could be better. I been in multiple times and the lady isn't very pleasant and seems annoyed when you're placing an order. I've been in 1 time and got a different girl who was very nice but other than that I haven't been pleased with the service.

Amazing experience! Walked in and told the lady it was my mom’s birthday and she was very understanding to my needs. She gave me an option and of course I pick the best one for my mom. Highly recommend visiting edible rangement’s

Stopped by for a little birthday gift surprise. They were open, but the door was locked... so I called and they immediately came from the back to assist me with a quick purchase. It was my first time there, and the girl was so helpful and friendly. I was surprised that they also make fruit shakes, and had flavored gift bags of popcorn, chocolate covered nuts, books, etc for gifts. We'll be back shortly to try those shakes!

I have ordered from this store in the past and they did a pretty good job. Unfortunately today the presentation of the birthday chocolate strawberries I ordered was sloppy! I know it’s not going to be exactly perfect like they advertise but my god take better pride in your work! I won’t be ordering from this store again!
