This bank gives me problems all the time, they deactivated my debit card for no reason at all or dont want to tell me why. I also have a debit card that’s not even linked to my account, now I have to wait until 9am! To get this taking care of and I have bills to pay. 9am! Why does this bank open so late. They used to open at 7am and be open 7 days a week, and now another bank merged with them, I’m kinda concerned that this bank is going under. Need more locations too. This bank is very inconvenient. Let’s review, open at 9am! not open 7 days a week any more, not a lot of locations, they deactivate debit cards without notifying the customer, they link a debit card to your account that you don’t have, and the worst their after hours customer service reps are not with TCF, they use a third party agency that don’t know what your talking about, TCF, why should customers use your bank? TCF very very inconvenient! ~William

This is a medium sized store and has a good produce department. Frozen section is not very big but has a decent selection of things, lots of stuff to choose from and a few brand name items that are lower cost. If you are getting your first space or apartment this is the place to go to get your starters. It is a little worn and dingey but overall is ok ~TERESA

The employees are overworked to say the least. They do a really good job at keeping the store clean and checking everyone out quickly, so it’s pretty sad to see them so tired before closing. The reason they get 5 stars from me is because I am utterly amazed by the inventory at times. Sometimes they stock up on rare items or items that are otherwise really expensive at other stores. They also have affordable snacks that I can’t find anywhere else! :) I like that I can spend less than $20 on snacks for me and my bf and always get in and out of the store in 30 mins or less. The store can get dirty and crowded during holidays or busy days, but that’s expected for most stores on the SS. Overall pretty good store! ~April

Couldn’t even give them 1 star but had to so I could be able to post this, the worst customer service I experienced quality of the shirt I had made for my father’s funeral service was the absolute worse my father’s face came out super red and I still had to take it cause u pay before she makes it. I didn’t even get an apology either. If u want awesome customer service and excellent work I highly recommend u go to the indoor swat meet on 67th Ave & Thomas had the exact shirt made their after and I LOVE IT it’s beautiful 😍 ~Norma

Seriously the most disgusting bathroom; no TP, soap out, toliets look like they have never been cleaned and floor is gross!!! Store is stocked well and laid out good. But barely any cashiers so waits are very long. Not a Target I would recommend. ~T

This is my favorite place to shop. They’ve got almost everything you need at a cheaper price than anywhere else for decent quality. A lot of random name brand things marked down in price. Fresh produce and food for sale. I do most of my shopping here. Also random fun goodies which make it interesting to shop here always. ~Trevor

This rent a center location is the best one!! The people that work there are great and amazing! They call and check up after delivery. They ask how the set up is. I’ve rented at 5 or so rent a centers and by far this is the best service I’ve ever received from rent a center! I believe his name was Brian that set up our bed frame and he was super great! He even swept up after setting up the bed! ~Tyler

First we went to Arizona mills location and a younger gentleman helped us call another location and puts one shoes on hold at the desert sky location. His customer service was absolutely amazing. When we got to Desert sky location Maria helped us. I wanted the same shoes as my daughter and she located them and had the brought to her store for pick up. She went absolutely above and beyond to help us find the shoes we we wanted. I work in hotels and customer service and from one store to another the all had great customer service. Your company should be proud. ~Traci

They kindly stayed open 10 extra minutes for my friend until I got there with his return. They need to be more careful with partially lowering the security gates just before closing. Several people, both me and my friend included, hit our heads as we exited the store. Both of the teen door staff asked if we were alright, then continued to watch the game on their cellphone, without moving an inch. ~John
