First we went to Arizona mills location and a younger gentleman helped us call another location and puts one shoes on hold at the desert sky location. His customer service was absolutely amazing. When we got to Desert sky location Maria helped us. I wanted the same shoes as my daughter and she located them and had the brought to her store for pick up. She went absolutely above and beyond to help us find the shoes we we wanted. I work in hotels and customer service and from one store to another the all had great customer service. Your company should be proud.

They had exactly what I was looking for. I had gone to five different shoe stores each day over the past 3 days and felt that this place would be my last. I was going to give up looking if I couldn't find what I was looking for in here, but I finally found the shoes I was looking for and wanted, FINALLY!!!

Lot of shoes. Older styles but found so many color ways of shoes I haven't been able to find in couple years . Prices are alittle high given their age. Sizes are hit and miss.

Customer service rep named Nuvia (female) was excellent in assisting other customers an myself.. She took on the task of trying to locate a sketcher shoe for me. She was professional an warm at the same. I hope you can Compliment her. Eva Little.

So I needed to buy 5 pairs of shoes and i shopped here before and it closed at 7pm like 3 weeks ago, now you guys close at 6:30??? Then when I asked the female she just said "we closed!" And started closing the gate. I don't like complaining but I NEVER get service here,

I went to find a pair of shoes for work & was unable too find any my size at this time okay it happens. There were 4-5 employees working in the store & not one of them said Hello to me, acknowledged that o was in the store, or even a can I help you? They seemed more interested in talking to each other & another girl telling the other side me you will.make manager someday or something like that. Well if you don't acknowledge your customer's you won't make anything. Too bad the SD I was going too closed at 8PM. Had to come here & look what happened.

Decent selection of shoes, but the SERVICE IS THE WORST. All FIVE employees were congregating at front register while many shoppers in store. I was there 30mins and bot a single employee even acknowledged me. When i asked where the mirrors were they barely looked up to answer me and just pointed. Even after i paid, no "thank you, come again." Nothing @ all.
