bad service I paid for some shoes that I ordered in the store $50 dollars and they did not arrive at my house I only received a check for $5.76 because they canceled the order

The prices were not any kind of sale that I would want to go back to the store for. The workers are to into just a sale but forgetting "Not all money its good Money" Meaning making a customer happy so they return should be more of a focus as a team . But still i left with buying 3 pairs of shoes. The best deal for me was if I get one more pair of shoes for half price, sales girl not a car for my return. Oh well life will go on

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ZERO STARS MY BOYFRIEND AND I WERE DISCRIMINATED BY THE EMPLOYEE I WAS LOOKING FOR SOME WORK SHOES WHEN WE HEARD HER ASK IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP , WE POLITELY DECLINED. MIND YOU WE WERE IN THE BACK OF THE STORE SO SHE ACTED LIKE SHE WAS PUTTING SHOES AWAY LOOKING AT US , I TRYING ON SOME SHOES WHEN WE HEARD HER SAY SOMETHIN ON HER WALKIE. I DECIDED NOT TO MAKE THE PURCHASE BUT AS WE WERE WALKING OUT WE SAW SECURITY ARRIVING AT THE STORE THATS WHEN WE KNEW SHE CALLED SECURITY FOR US AND SHE STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK IF WE WERE READY TO MAKE THE PURCHASE !!!WE JUST WALKED OUT .....IF YOU ARE HISPANIC DONT GO TO THIS STORE !!!!

A really nice lady checked me out. But, not in a hey maybe I want to hook up with this guy way. She just rang up my purchase. I just felt I needed to make that clear.

Large selection of all brands (adidas, sketchers, nike, puma, asics, vans and more) and they were very accomodating when i came back in for a 3rd pair which also gave me 10% off on the whole order. Friendly helpful staff!

I was very specific when she asked me what I needed as I walked through the door. Same shoes I have on my feet now. What i didn't get was the help I needed in finding them. "They are all the way down in the second bin from the end in this row." Left side or right side. She was more interested in chatting with her co-worker as I never found the shoes I wanted and the website clearly says they don't have any in stock in any stores near me. Went to the Skechers outlet right across from them instead due to poor service.

Went in to return shoes ordered online. Assistant manager was rude and lied. Said they couldn't accept returns from online orders even though I was told by the customer service that I could return them to ANY store. Argued with him for 20 minutes he was uncooperative and it was obvious he was lying . We left and returned the shoes at Chandler store. Manager was amazing it took 5 minutes no excuses.
