7 Best department store in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) 2025

Seriously the most disgusting bathroom; no TP, soap out, toliets look like they have never been cleaned and floor is gross!!! Store is stocked well and laid out good. But barely any cashiers so waits are very long. Not a Target I would recommend. ~T

I am glad you asked. When I came in on a busy Sunday the carts were all sanitized and ready to go! (I went to Costco earlier and they were not) YUCK ! When I requested assistance from store employees with questions regarding the location of items, (This was not my regular store layout I shop usually at another Target) they were available and helpful and saved me time. ALL of the employees were polite and friendly and more than willing to help me. I also was able to check out in a very reasonable amount of time. My groceries were cheaper or equal in the price for items like yogurt, milk, bananas than the grocery store. Target price matches some items in the store. Thank you for a great experience. I also like the app to find items before I go to the location. I may try to drive up and go in the future. ~Dana

This location is just packed with so many finds! Tons of selection for virtually everything home or clothes. Biggest negative: fitting rooms are STILL CLOSED… Other than that this store is 5 stars with an abundance of gems. A fav spot anytime I’m over at Desert Ridge. ~Amanda

This place has great stuff, but when I suggested they get more size 11 ladies shoes, both of the girls working there were really rude! One just said "No, we don't need to carry that size. We don't have anyone in here that needs that." And the other girl was just laughing! I got news for you girls, lots of women wear size 11 now! Shame because I really do like the store. ~Amy

Stopped by to stock up on food for the road. Definitely a nice Walmart. I was able to park my 18 wheeler on the North East side of the parking lot. Definitely a ton of signs warning against big rig parking. Hopefully you will reconsider those signs. ~Juan

Love Target the ease of shopping and returns. I was able to return a couple of tops that were too big with no problems. I just scanned the bar code on my phone. Any questions the employee was there to answer. She was great! ~Cindy
