This location’s layout feels smaller, placing floor advertising closer, but the store is clean looking. The staff is plentiful during mid day busy hours, watch out for heavy people traffic inside during these hours. Staff is friendly even without a walk up greet. I rather prefer that kind of shopping, I approach them. Besides a location that can get crazy busy, check em out!

I went in looking for a new coffee pot in Tuesday June 1st. They didn't have the pot I wanted so I asked to order it online. There were two girls in the department who didn't seem to want to help. I tried to order it myself online but had problems. The girl sitting at the desk said she was busy and couldn't help me. I finally gave up and left. I ordered my pot from Walmart and got it the next day. Forget it bestbuy.

If your purchasing appliances LESTER IS THE MAN!!!! Very welcoming very helpful understanding great at making you feel like your making the right choice and does really go above and beyond.. I was in yesterday for a return when i came in today he was just about done entering most of everything for the exchange!!! Top notch customer service!!! Once again Lester is the guy for all of it!!!

Please change store hours. We are past covid timesheet. I stand out front watching countless cars/people pull up just to drive away because who opens at 11? Way too late. I wanted to be in my environment while my car got worked on across the street.

Went there for their TV sale they were having. Got a great deal on a 65 inch smart TV. One thing I was surprised by was how few desktop computers they seemed to have, it was mostly laptops. Might go back to look at the desktops again for my roommate to upgrade, hopefully we can find something. That would bring it to a 5 star.

The reason why I’m giving this a 2 star is because the manager was considerate and refunded my money. The poor customer service I received was unbelievable. I returned this TV due to no longer needing it in my bedroom. When I got to the customer service desk I was told that I was out of my return period. I checked the receipt and turns out I was not. When I proceeded to tell the guy he was very impatient and irritable like I don’t have the right to return an Item or he simply didn’t want to deal with me. He then took the TV out of the box set it on the floor and plug it up. We both learned at that point the TV had been damaged (which I truly believe that it was due to his negligence). He then blamed me. That was very upsetting…I ended up having a anxiety attack. That really was unbelievable because I could have taken a huge loss due to poor customer service and negligence. I do appreciate the manager at this location but that still doesn’t take from the emotional suffering’s.

The team at Best Buy especially the customer service department when you go to do a online order pick up. As soon as you walk they helped my son get his Nintendo switch while online it said one thing and in the stores said another but the staff did there best called customer service, checked the back and the ordering that wasn’t checked in the store yet to make sure my sons birthday was so much better! I would love to thank them by there names but I misplaced the paper I wrote there names on. I will go back to buy games for his Nintendo switch but in the meantime I thank you all for making it possible for him and making his day so much better! I will do a update on there names just because they did a awesome job. I would recommend it! Thank you Michael, Kevin, and Pablo so much for everything!

They kindly stayed open 10 extra minutes for my friend until I got there with his return. They need to be more careful with partially lowering the security gates just before closing. Several people, both me and my friend included, hit our heads as we exited the store. Both of the teen door staff asked if we were alright, then continued to watch the game on their cellphone, without moving an inch.

They are honest about the products, they helped and helped until they made sure we left with a smile on our face!! Thanks to those 2 young Best Buy employees, we have our Valentines day gift at home and we received a smokin deal!!
